"We were very impressed with the professional and responsive service by Bay Crawl Space from start to finish. The job was completed on time, as promised. The quality of the work appears to be very good. Overall, we are very happy with the results. We will be calling them back again to perform a levelling of our house foundation. We had A-Shawn, Stefan, Floyd, Jermaine and they were great team to work with! Roger & Lynn Bowman"

"Thank you for the above and beyond job your crew did on our foundation joist support work. Sammy, Hernan, and Ronin were prompt, polite, and professional. My only regret is that since it was all done underneath the house, I can not show off their work!"

"Would be 5 stars based on the crew, but we had problems with the lead up to the job, which started 3 weeks late based on the salesman not understanding the scope of work and promising something that wasn't possible. The Friday before work was supposed to start, Gustavo (the supervisor) came to look at the job and let me know it would not be able to be accomplished the way we wanted. He worked with the Engineer (Scott) to figure out a way-ahead. Once the plumbers moved some interferences, the crew started. Eduardo (foreman) and his team (Jorge and Hector) did an expert job. They communicated each step of the way, were respectful of the inside of the house, took no shortcuts, and cleaned exceedingly well at the end of each day. These guys were top-notch! The best of the best! We were able to accomplish the first three of our goals: 1. Stabilize the house 2. Gain room in the basement. 3. Get lift to make the house [more] level. 4. Recover the existing beam for use over our fireplace."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"The Tech was polite and respectful; he was very knowledgeable and was determined to find the issue of the leaking water from our common shower to the bottom level of our home."

"Not only did Jason make my day by letting me know that the cracks were a normal part of the house settling and no repairs were needed, he also took the time to show me a few other structural incidents around the house. He pointed out a few things that we could purchase on our own to keep moisture away from under the house and answered a few general questions I had about some other places in the house. When I asked the charge at the end, he said absolutely nothing. I was shocked and was incredibly impressed at the information he elected to give me about our home and that it was for no other reason than just to help me understand our house and potential things that could happen down the line. He was professional and courteous and I learned a ton (that I didn't expect to but was quite glad I did) in a matter of 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company and if we do have any structural work done, I will definitely contact Jason and his company.
