Some of the technicians were better than others. One declined to work on my Bertazzoni range, but AHS sent another company out who did an excellent job. The range worked better after it was fixed than before.

Mike is amazing. We did the first floor remodel over a year ago now. We wanted to replace the range hood. I ordered it off of Amazon and Mike installed it at no charge for me. He continues to impress us. We plan on using Mike to remodel our 2nd floor soon. I would not use anyone else.
