They were a little late in arriving but called well beforehand to let me know and gave me the option of rescheduling, which I deemed unnecessary partly because they have a service tracking map that told me exactly where they were and when they would arrive. They were fully compliant with pandemic restrictions, including wearing gloves throughout visit. They were surprisingly fast in diagnosing problem and had necessary spares with them. Repair time was also surprisingly fast. Total time in my home was less than. 30 min.! They also were friendly, courteous and professional throughout. I felt better informed and more in control than with previous service providers.

Hello, I used Angie List to get a technician to repair my kenmore range. The company was Titan and at the scheduled time they arrived. They made a great job! They examined my range (I was told that it was a very expensive repair) and they were able to determine that it was a minor problem. They fixed it and the range is working great!!!! Great and honest company! Mehdi was the Best it saved me a lot of money because I would buy a new range and it would cost a lot. Titan as a great choice, I will always call them for my appliances. Thank you Titan!

Washing machine would fill but not wash

Titan Appliance Pro is extremely knowledgeable and professional. They also completely the work in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them.

The technicians were prompt, took the back off the dryer and quickly lied to me that the issue was a electrical board that they would fix $280. I told them no because I only paid $300 for the dryer. They then tried to convince me that even if I get a new dryer it could also happen to the new dryer. I told them I wasn't paying $280 so they dropped price to $250. Still told them no. After they left I had an Electrician that lives with me look at the electrical board and he determined nothing was wrong with the board, it was perfect. He did see that the electrical cord connecting the dryer to the outlet was frayed and burnt though. He replaced the electrical cord that I paid less than $20 for and dryer works fine. I should make them give me back my $35 service fee. Please stay away from these people. They are the biggest scammers I have seen in a long time.

Titan Appliance Pro gets an A+ for their responsiveness. They replied to my email within minutes and were able to come out the next day to diagnose the problem. It took a few days and a couple of contacts by me before they had the needed part, and then another day before it could be installed. They deserve a B for their lack of transparency. When I asked, they sent an "invoice" which was actually just a receipt of what I paid! I asked again for a detailed invoice to keep with my fridge papers -- showing the problem, part, labor cost, etc. When I got that, I raised an issue about the price charged for the part. It took me two days to get an answer regarding the price. I had found it at a much lower cost at other parts dealers (OEM named parts, not generic). They eventually did give me a refund for part of the cost, which satisfied me.

My dishwasher is properly installed and looks very nice. They picked up the phone the first time I called and we arranged a same day appointment. They came on time and starting working. It was a relatively hard installation because the space was very tight. They did a good job and kept my kitchen clean. I was very pleased.

I spoke with them at 5pm and they came the next morning. Prompt, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. They did what they needed -- and while they could have told me more was wrong (and overcharged for services I didn't need), they did not. Their honesty will bring me back the next time I need service on any of my appliances for sure.

Technician/owner was outstanding. He provided same day service, which for him meant 7:00 pm in the evening. He purchased the needed parts prior to arriving and immediately got to work. He was efficient and the dishwasher operates perfectly.
