"Sorry to hear that you had plumbing problems. As you indicated in your review, the problem was related to a bathroom that we remodeled back in 2014. As you have indicated, you have a leak under your garage. Please understand that it is likely not related to the bathroom plumbing. The work that we provided was tested and operational without complaints for over 5 years. I also apologize for any communication issues, but the Pandemic has had an impact on our office as we adapt to the new working environment."

"Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we believe this review may have been posted to us in error. 1. We do not have a $49.00 design offer 2. We have not worked with this customer since 2016 If this review is intended for us, we are very sorry that you did not find value our services. We take pride in our work and are willing to redo the designs for you at no additional cost. In June of 2016 we did complete an on-site design session for her master bathroom. Notes from the meeting and the design files presented are provided below. The size and construction of the home made it challenging to offer realistic and affordable design options. The house, built in 1937, is 1,507 square feet in size. The full bathroom needed to stay within the existing footprint. The links below are the designs that were sent to the customer on June 22, 2016. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwhq56Y0EdRTanVrMjFlR3R0bHM/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwhq56Y0EdRTX0R1WGFUaDF3czQ/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwhq56Y0EdRTbEpGb2VUM2xaRE0/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwhq56Y0EdRTbmZxTENvM2hOV3M/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwhq56Y0EdRTbnlZdVU3TXlOOEU/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwhq56Y0EdRTTEpZOW56c2ZhNkk/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwhq56Y0EdRTV1VFWEFMNnZnRmc/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwhq56Y0EdRTSzN2WTZlZVJndUU/view?usp=sharing"

"We are disappointed to read this review as we pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. We appreciate feedback and take reviews very seriously as we believe it can only help to improve our business processes. We take the time to meet with our customers to capture all anticipated costs in the scope of work document that is included in their contracts. We strongly encourage our customers to review the documents to ensure all the work items are captured prior to signing the final agreement and scheduling the start of their project. However, there are times when additional work is requested from the customer whether it be from desires not captured in the initial contract or from customers changing their minds re: selections or layout. In these cases, we allow for this flexibility as best we can as our main goal is for a happy customer. However, unfortunately, there are usually additional costs for labor and materials associated with these changes. In those cases, a change order work request is provided and signed off by the customer, prior to starting the work. We understand when we are working in your home it can be a stressful time. We are sorry you feel the journey to your remodeled bathroom was difficult for you. As much as we strive for complete satisfaction, we are human. Because of this, unfortunately, there are times that corrections must be made on the project. That is why we review the project regularly, discuss any questions and concerns and most importantly fix them. We stand by our workmanship and finished product. We are very proud of how your bathroom turned out and hope you enjoy it for many years to come. Update - We were informed that the customer is concerned for their safety because they fear we may not have properly installed the lights and outlets included in the project. We take these concerns very seriously and scheduled a Master Electrician to visit the project the following day. The Electrician inspected the installation, tested the wiring on the circuit used and demonstrated to the customer that everything is in proper working order. The Electrician did discover dangerous electrical issues that are NOT related to our work. The problems discovered are in an existing service panel located the customers basement. According to the Electrician, there are missing items and probable code violations in the panel. For your safety, we recommend having those items corrected immediately."
