Deck Buddy was by *far* the most professional of the bunch, extremely competent and moreover pleasant to work with. Their bid was neither the highest nor the lowest. Their service tech spent 3 days here cleaning, repairing, and refinishing our porch and deck. It looks like new. I am so pleased. (Some businesses use Home Depot supplies and charge you $$$$ but Balteza Property Services was reasonable AND they special ordered a top quality stain.)
