"Carlos' team has done everything for me at this point: a move-in cleaning for my condo, a move-out cleaning for my last apartment, deep cleanings, and a bi-weekly maintenance clean (ongoing, after a pause for the first four months or so of the pandemic). They do a wonderful job and Carlos is always really, really responsive by text to any questions or updates. The day before they clean, I always get a note telling me when they'll come by (so I can hide to keep working and stay out of the way) and they're always on time. Some areas of the carpet were especially worn and soiled, such as a path from family room to kitchen. After cleaning, this area looked just like the rest of the clean carpet-- no soiled or dark area. I think the key to Mr Garci's work is " care." He took a great deal of care cleaning the chairs and the carpet. I also appreciated Mr. Garcia's willingness to discuss and explain various parts of the cleaning process. When we say deep clean, we mean cleaning things that are not normally cleaned in a routine cleaning like vents and baseboard and window ledges.
