"The handyman, Thomas Matamoros, was wonderful. In fact, he is more than a handyman; he is a craftsman! The completed work was within the estimate given by the owner, Jesse Wertjes. We were particularly please with how will Thomas cleaned up after himself."

"Metropolitan took-up and reset brickwork on a patio below my deck and replaced framing on a house doorway on the deck. Work was done well and clean-up was excellent!"

"Chris did a very good job bringing our deck back to the way it was when we bought the house. Very professional and knowledgeable of the issues related to deck work. We got two quotes and, though Chris was a bit more, we decided to go with him as he seems a bit more knowledgeable. Prep work was done on a Friday and the stain work was to be done the following Tuesday. Chris called at about 1200 Tuesday to say he wasn't going to be able to make it due to issues with the availability of his helper. He returned the next day, Wednesday, to complete the work and did a good job of it. Small issues were identified on the final walk thru and he quickly corrected them. Time is really the true test of the quality of the restain effort, but for now it looks very good."

"EXCEPTIONAL service and above and beyond our expectations!!! Would recommend JLP Cleaning Services to all our friends, neighbors and family."

"MC Fence & Deck built my dream deck, and I’m obsessed! Hunter walked me through the design, and his ideas made it way better than my original plan. John and his crew handled everything. Build and add an aluminum fence around the yard. They were professional and on time, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. Now my whole backyard looks like a magazine spread. I highly recommend these guys for decks and fencing. They’re the best in the business!"

"My deck and fence looked great after a power wash and stain."

"It went well and as expected! The crew did a very good job of renewing my deck."

"This company did an excellent job.  House, patio, step and walkway all look 100% better.  I was amazed at how clean they got the patio because it was extremely dirty, much more so than the house.  I was given an appointment for the following week the same  day I called them, which is significant to me since the other company I tried to use would not give me an appointment, telling me they would call the day before the service was to be performed.  The staff contacted me on the day of the appointment to let me know they would be postponing my appointment time to a little later in the day due to the sudden cold temperature change the night before which continued into the next morning when the work was scheduled to be done.  By the time I arrived at the house after work, the job was completed.  They did not damage any of the window or door screens and the yard was the same as before they came, i.e., no water or cleaning solution all over the place.  Also, their billing process was very convenient for me since I no longer live in the house; they sent the invoice via email and allowed me to mail the payment to them.
I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future when needed.

"Gutter cleaning and power wash were finished about 1 hour. The work was efficient and the worker was very professional. Our gutters really needed to be clean. It hasn't been not cleaning for 7-8 years after replacing new gutters. When it rained, there were water dripping from the gutter. Now, the gutters are clean and have no more problems with heavy rain. Our sidings weren't so bad, but since they provided the reasonable quote, we took the offer. We are very satisfied with NVA!! Thank you!!"

"Great. On time. Respectful and careful with all items that needed moving to clean"
