When I say all in, we did the Trex Signature cable rails with accent lights, straight walkout from upstairs (required a creative roof change), Trex Rain Escape, and custom Eze Breeze windows for the patio. Post completion we went back and asked for a flooring add, exterior walkway add and two more projects are pending our budget. Phoenix delivered as promised, showed up when promised, and stood behind their word. We always knew where we were with the timeline and someone either answered the phone or called us back whenever we reached out.
