"I needed to have my front sidewalk resurfaced/repaired because over the years, the sidewalk became pitted and unsightly, and was a few winter freezes away from needing to have major repairs. Mr. Goldy came over, took some measurements and gave me a fair quote. On his way off my porch, he noticed that some of the mortar joints in my flagstone porch, needed to be repaired and offered to do that at the same time, without charging me any extra. He and two others (John and Julio) arrived on time, and meticulously repaired/resurfaced my front sidewalk and the damaged joints and they look fantastic! They were very professional and very detail oriented, wanting to make sure the job was done well. I could not be more pleased with the job they did!!"

The jackhammer only took about 10 minutes and was not as loud as I had expected. They were only on my patio for about 45 minutes. They did not waste any time. "Steve Norfolk and his crew dug down to the footing and applied the waterproof material a section at a time.  The original plan was to dig the entire area first and then apply the waterproof material all at the same time.  However daily torrential rains turned the area into a sea of mud, so he decided to do it a section at a time to minimize problems associated with the rain.  He had to break up a concrete slab (porch) for 1/2 the front, and approximately 25 feet of driveway next to the house.  Progress was slow due to the rain and mud, but Steve steadfastly pursued the completion of the job despite the setbacks.  Although justifiably discouraged by the rain and lack of progress, he exhibited a positive "can do" attitude and kept at it.  The finished product was professionally done.  Backfill and all concrete were properly completed, and grass seed applied.  Steve is a conscientious professional who knows his business and can be relied upon to do the work he says he will accomplish.  I would use him again in a heartbeat.
