Install seemed ok until leaking occurred. So much drama to fix, multiple trips to redo, then contractor flooded basement and vanished. 2 years later still trying to recover. Insurance was lapsed. Buyer beware, a homeowner nightmare!

I had a major on going water problem in my basement that started to smell despite all effort to get all the water up and clean carpet. I called and was able to have the inspection and estimate some the same day! This company is extremely knowledgeable, reasonable and responsive! They were able to locate the source of the water and fix it quickly. Excellent service and awesome people!

Nine months later the column is sinking. They are not abiding by their warranty, have refused to come out once their engineer came out and we have needed to hire an engineer. When their engineer came out, they would not share information to us as to the reason for the slope. In summary, I don't trust their service and find them to be completely dishonest.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly , professional and efficient. George the estimator and salesman was very professional with over 30 years of experience. He described the work process and explained what we needed to do to help make space for the work to proceed efficiently. We indicated we would move everything except laundry sink, washer and dryer. We were lucky to have space in their schedule the following week which helped us decide to use them. I did request references which I called and the references were positive. I also requested being named as “additional insured” on their certificate of insurance which they happily did. Their foreman Shane, called confirming his start time and he first setup dust partitions, explained what he was about to do and began jack hammering to breakup the concrete floor. The general foreman Larry inspected the work the following day and encouraged me to inspect with him and answer any questions I might have. Overall project took 4-days. One note of caution do not expect any drywall replacement or reinstalling carpet as the concrete floor patch needs days to cure before replacing coverings and any legged shelving-being placed on the surface. Expect broom clean by the contractor but final vacuum and damp mopping by house owner.

This was a very good experience for me. Wayne Ski came out to my home immediately and answered all questions about both the large willow oak tree on my property (as it could affect my foundation if it had to be removed in the future) and the scope of my project. The first phase of the installation was installing a new, stamped concrete driveway. The second was the installation of the stone veneer around the house. These people had to work around a terrible weather situation because of the frequent rains and were totally patient with me during my follow-up calls. The project is so beautiful that many of my neighbors have complimented me on it; and a friend of mine, who is as particular as I am, actually used this company for her concrete needs and was satisfied as well. I would highly recommend them. Their field representatives and their office personnel are first-rate! I wish I knew how to download the photos of the project into this review; however, if you are interested in seeing the work, I can e-mail them !

In summer 2017 had several companies come look at replacing and expanding our driveway, walkway and steps to the front door, including removing overgrown bushes next to the driveway. Many companies stated that they would not replace the concrete steps and concrete by the front door as the support was brick and they felt that in removing the concrete the masonry and bricks would be damaged. Worldwide came in a timely manner and provided an acceptable price for the extensive work. The job was estimated to take about 3 days and was finished on Monday, September 25. The steps and walkway were poured in one group without a seem between and a crack appeared on 9/29 (Friday) running all the way across where the bottom step joined the walkway as well as jaggedly up the riser/vertical part of the step. I called on Monday, October 2 and was told that someone would come by to look at it and contact me. I called on October 9 as no one had contacted me and was told someone would come on October 10. An employee came by and said that he would talk to the owner about the best way to address this (cut and make an expansion or to replace the walkway slab). I continued to call several time through the next month and at that point was told to wait through the winter and see if the crack got larger. I had not heard anything through spring (and due to various family health issues was unable to follow up until summer break in July). I have been told that someone would come out to fix but that has yet to happen. I understand that concrete does wear over time but the immediate cracking is ridiculous and should have been remedied quickly. Having spent almost $20000 this is unacceptable. (If the situation is remedied satisfactorily I will consider revising my review.)

As a management company with over 850 properties, we rely on excellent, hardworking contractors to get the job done in all areas of caring for a home and Worldwide Waterproofing fits that perfectly. They are amazingly responsive, fairly priced, and have outshone every other waterproofing company we have used in the past. I can't recommend them highly enough and will continue to do business with them for many years to come.

It star ted out with a sell by a salesman that said, "sure, we will replace the deck". Well when the man came in to start the work he had no intention of replacing the deck. He started tearing up the decking and throwing the boards across the lawn where ever they landed. Then to get to the back wall they had to take out the footers that the deck had rested on which meant we had to put in a completely new deck. Also the man knew nothing about hauling away the old dirt and putting in new dirt, which the salesman told us had to be done because the old dirt was silted and would not drain properly. When ever the crews left for the evening we had to make sure the spoutings were hooked back up and the sump pumps were plugged back in. Also, the crew chief had a way of coming in late because he wanted to go hunting. He had just gotten a new cross bow when he began our job and was more concerned about finding out where it was then our job..

He was supposed to send me a report but he never did send me a report.

They did the work and I think it will solve my problems which were extensive. However, they failed to remove all of the trash and debris and they fixed my neighbors roof drain, but not mine. That really puzzled me. What were they thinking? These are row houses, so the drain from his roof was near my house, but not my responsibility. The work itself looks sound.

Horribly.  Very poor communications with company.  I never received a proactive call to notify me of anyone coming onsite, had to repeat my order with each phone call to find out the status of my request.  After FIVE MONTHS, the work was finally done - only to be vandalized by a local p***. I called the same day the concrete was poured, asking for someone to come back out and clean up the one block that was vandalized, AND to secure the railing I had embedded in the concrete.  I was willing to pay to have the block cleaned up, as the p***'s Dad was already notified by the police and was going to pay me back.  This process was even worse than the first go-round.  It wasn't until after THANKSGIVING that the work was finally done, with several scheduled appointments that had no call the day before, and no workers show up the day of!! No matter the level of complaint, I did not see an improvement in the responsiveness by anyone within the company.  This vendor is not a good representation on the level of quality work I've secured through Angie's List, and I would strongly encourage anyone thinking about concrete work to stay away from Worldwide Concrete.  The end result is not worth the aggravation required to get it done...

Very professional, cleaned up after work.  Did work for several neighbors all very happy.  Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

and beyond to ensure that my foundation repair job was completed promptly,
professionally, and with my satisfaction in mind.  Even before the work began, the inspector,
Bill, was very thorough in his examination of the foundation, and listened attentively
to all of my concerns.  He then took the time to show me everything that he had found, and what steps would need to be taken
in order to complete the work. Once it came time to schedule, the office manager, Chris, helped guide me through this process and informed me of exactly what to expect, along with a timetable for completion.  Once work began, he called each morning to inform
me of exactly what was being done that day.  I couldn?t ask for better communication from him or anyone at Worldwide.  The project crews were very professional and skilled, and even completed my project earlier than expected.  Additionally, Worldwide?s pricing was, by far, the best around. 
I would highly recommend Worldwide Basement Waterproofing to anyone!
