"Josh and Aaron came out on the first day of my project to remove the installation and to get things started for the next team. I enjoy meeting Josh and Aaron.They explain what the next team would be doing when they came. The next team that worked on my project Nate, Aaron, Tylor N. and Jabree were great to work with. They came to the door to let me know they had arrived and what they would be doing that day. They showed up rain or shine. They cleaned up every day before they left. Vinny and Jeff were the electricians on my project . They called ahead to let me know what time they would be getting there. Upon arrival, they explained everything that they would be doing. "Tony Hall was awesome. I know of JES since they started in the area but never had any reason to request a free inspection until I wanted to assess the condition of my crawlspace prior to selling the house. I learned so much about the function of a crawlspace and the current condition of mine. His inspection did not reveal any emergent issues with my 25 year old house but he did take the time to show me about encapsulating my crawlspace which will improve insulation properties and keep the area just about maintenance free. Included is a 25 year warranty which is transferable should I sell the house. I completely recommend JES and their inspector Tony Hall. I will be calling them to inspect and make recommendations to my next home when purchased."

"Avoid them...their own intall tech walked into my house, looked at the work order and -incredulously- declared to me that 'whoever wrote this up...they were probably new. But this isn't going to solve your problem". That ACTUALLY HAPPENED. Drying Company completely botched the job. They failed to finish the work (offered some laughable small credit instead) and then sought civil remedy for an amount I don't owe. Oh, and they kept the deposit. To summarize: THEY BOTCHED A JOB AND THEN SUED THEIR OWN CUSTOMER. I was going to let sleeping dogs lie but now I'm going to use every consumer digital megaphone available. Just look at the photo! They were hired to spray foam my crawl space!! That's what they left...They claim this crawl space has been mitigated for pipes freezing."
