I know of JES since they started in the area but never had any reason to request a free inspection until I wanted to assess the condition of my crawlspace prior to selling the house. I learned so much about the function of a crawlspace and the current condition of mine. His inspection did not reveal any emergent issues with my 25 year old house but he did take the time to show me about encapsulating my crawlspace which will improve insulation properties and keep the area just about maintenance free. Included is a 25 year warranty which is transferable should I sell the house. I completely recommend JES and their inspector Tony Hall. I will be calling them to inspect and make recommendations to my next home when purchased."

They failed to finish the work (offered some laughable small credit instead) and then sought civil remedy for an amount I don't owe. Oh, and they kept the deposit. To summarize: THEY BOTCHED A JOB AND THEN SUED THEIR OWN CUSTOMER. I was going to let sleeping dogs lie but now I'm going to use every consumer digital megaphone available. Just look at the photo! They were hired to spray foam my crawl space!! That's what they left...They claim this crawl space has been mitigated for pipes freezing."

They were cognizant of the plumbing to the water well and the electrical on that side of the house. They were very careful during the excavation. The work took a good part of the day, and when it was completed, I couldn't have been happier with the overall results. The testing of the pump functioned perfectly, and the electrical work was contracted through DT Electric LLC.
