I canâ t say enough to compliment this company. Elmanâ s did fantastic quality siding replacement and painting on our 1960â s house. Very skilled and professional crew, the worksite was cleaned thoroughly every day. They work fast, are skilled and thorough, producing excellent results while finishing on schedule. I've used this company for roofing as well as interior flooring. Cannot recommend enough. The only problem I have is after we move to Staunton VA next year I'll be too far to use them any more.

Having come from the construction industry I know a little more than the average home owner. I had my siding and roofing replaced. My first issue was the improper installation of drip edge, which was simi corrected and my second issue was I asked for cedar texture Hardie plank siding and received flat siding. Roofing team - The gentleman that took my rook off did so quickly. However, they didn't clean the area on the ground of all the roofing and gutters before starting the installation. so, the works side looked a little unsafe. Also, there was never an English-speaking individual that I could communicate directly with to address issue with right off the bat. Siding team: wonderful crew, very clean and did an outstanding install. Correction; Drip edge was removed and redone but by time they got to the back of the house they installed it the same way they did the first time. For the Siding error they gave me a choice of removing what they have already installed and giving me what the contract stated of $500 off the bill. Seeing the siding was 3/4 of the way done and the texture of the siding was the only thing wrong I took the $500 off the bill because I don't like wasting material.

We went the alside composite siding and it was worth it! You know where the money went. The crew was always on time and worked 10-11 hour days. The final product was amazing. Wish I could post a picture. There was a slight delay in getting materials but they were up front and honest about it so no big deal. Definitely recommend Elmans.

They showed up on time, worked hard, and communicated well if there were any changes. The final product looks great on our house!

The crews did a great job installing the Everlast Siding for our project. We did have a bit of a misunderstanding on the final invoice.

I am the owner of a Home Depot 8x8 wood grain effect shed. Over the years it has had numerous repairs and coats of paint, but it reached the stage where it needed some TLC. In an effort to reduce maintenance and match the house decor I thought it would be a good idea to cover the shed in white vinyl siding. With this in mind I tried for over a year to engage somebody to do the work. I used all my local contacts and reached out to numerous handyman and general contractors, but I didnâ t get a reply from any of them. Eventually, I decided to expand the search further afield and used trade specific search engines for homes and siding. Eventually I got a reply from Elmanâ s Contractors and Iâ m so glad I did. After a brief phone conversation, a young man came and looked at the work and within a matter of hours I received a detailed written fixed price quotation. I appreciate that this is the sort of job contractors fit in between more lucrative contracts and I live 45 minutes from Richmond, so I was quite prepared to wait for the work to be carried out. A few months later I was contacted and then the following Sunday three workers turned up to do the work. Four hours later the shed was finished to a very high standard and the work area was left spotlessly clean. In summary, I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am with Elmanâ s Contractors. Every person I had dealings with from beginning to end was polite, professional and efficient. They were willing to take on a relatively small job and completed it on time and to price. What more could you ask for. Well done.

Great company to work with. They had the best price and the install was very good. We had them install siding on our garage and shed and also replace a window on the shed. They did well with communicating about the project start date and process. One the project was completed they asked if everything was done to satisfaction. Overall a great experience and if I need siding in the future I will call them first.

AMAZING! We had a large project. New siding, repairs, new window and additional windows. Elman and his crew and office staff are professional, responsive, and meticulous! I am very familiar w/ construction crews, my Dad had a business in CT, Elman and his entire crew were on time, there every day, cleaned up every day, detail oriented, and work to please their customer. I would highly recommend their craftmanship on any job. Prices were very reasonable. We had received 3 quotes for our job and Elman was the best price and the best team for the jobs.

Elman’s workers were top notch. The three were hard workers 10 to 12 hours a day till the project was completed. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of the task at hand

We had a GREAT experience with Elman and his team. They installed vinyl siding, new gutters, trim, and built a new deck for us. Great quality, very communicative and responsive, and all of our needs were met. Would highly recommend! Our neighbors have been asking who did the work because of the high quality. Even when we've had other contractors come to our house for other jobs (plumbing, HVAC, etc) they've commented on how great the siding looks and how well it was installed. Thank you Elman and team!!

Elman and his entire team were very professional and ensured they kept a keen ear to our questions and/or comments. They also installed a new door and storm door. We decided to remove old iron rails and install vinyl rails. They did a superb job on that as well! Elmans' Contractors did such a good job, that they are now in the early stage of waiting on supplies to do work for our son!

This company is awesome! We got five estimates for siding replacement on our house. Elman, the company owner came out to give us his estimate. He showed up on time and had samples of the siding a d explained the whole process to us. We were very impressed with him and his estimate came in lower than all of the other estimates. His crew was very methodical a d professional! They did a wonderful job for us and cleaned up along the way! We could not be more pleased and would absolutely recommend this family owned company!!

The team was efficient and friendly. Stayed on schedule which is important to us. Emmanuel explained in detail what to expect, even the details of the day before the project. Pricing was very reasonable esp. for our fixed income. Clean up was excellent and follow up /walk around was completed on a Saturday morning! We will highly recommend Elman's.
