JDS Bath and his guys were so professional and courteous. They completed our bathtub ot shower in a timely manner and they did quality work. Our home looks beautiful. JDS Bath was always available to answer questions and address concerns from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a tub to shower conversion. This team did an excellent job. They took their time to make sure everything was right. I had another company quote and JDS Bath beat them out hands down on not just the price, but the quality of their work and professionalism was exceptional. By the way the other bidder ask me if I thought their price was to high. They kept us informed during the installation and they made sure every component fit and worked properly. We are very pleased with our new walk in shower. I highly recommend JDS Bath to all those I have talk to and on this review.

We had a step in shower installed and a new bathroom floor. This is the best company in Richmond. The crew arrived and immediately began the demolition of the bathtub and surrounding walls. Fast. The shower was installed and the floor was laid. Beautiful job. The whole crew went out of their way to complete everything perfectly. The safety factor is great. Beautiful bathroom. I couldn't be happier with the job JDS Bath did on my shower remodel. David was highly responsive throughout the entire process, and he would answer all of my million questions with lots of patience. He was extremely informative, and always let me know when workers would be arriving at my house, and what they would be doing. He would also call/text to check in throughout the process to make sure everything was being done to my liking. The gentlemen who came to work at my house were polite, respectful, and professional. They did not leave a mess, and were working the entire time they were there. I am thrilled with how my shower came out, and would not hesitate to hire JDS to come back for any future remodels. JDS Bath converted my tub into a shower. The workers arrived on time and the workmanship was awesome. I even felt comfortable leaving the house when the workers were present. The tile work is exactly what I wanted. The tile man is so precise and detailed. Wow. The plumber knew exactly what he was doing and even offered me ideas on how to improve on what I wanted. I would highly recommend JDS Bath.

In October 2017 I contacted Home Advisors to have my bathroom remodeled for my father who is ill. I was contacted by Luxury Bath of Richmond. They come to my home. I explained that I needed the job to start in January of which was agreed. In January, I had an emergency and notified Luxury Bath I needed to cancel. They would not release the contract. I even offered for them to come to get started but because I did not have the full amount on hand they refused to get started. Now I have been back and forth to court. I had to get a lawyer. So since 2018 until now 2019, we have been in litigation. I was presented with an offer of I give him 5000.00 of which NOTHING was started to make him go away. I have learned my lesson, please dont get caught up as I did. I was trying to make my dad comfortable for his last years on earth.
