CSI did a thorough inspection, provide analysis, detailed report of findings and provided pictures of the areas with issues as well as aerial views of the house, lot and surrounding area. We are definitely hiring them for the Final Home Inspection and analysis.

CSI was flexible and was able to schedule a home inspector the day after I got a bid accepted on a house. The inspector, Patrick, showed up on time and the inspection took about 4 hours. Patrick was responsive to any questions I had by email or live during the inspection. My one recommendation is that I requested a pest, mold, radon, and home inspection. It would be a better heads up if they explained that they sometimes outsource the radon inspection depending on availability of radon inspectors. Also, they can explain a bit more for new home buyers what is involved with a mold inspection. Patrick ended up just eyeing whether he spotted any mold. Because he did not see any mold, we did not have to pay extra for mold samples.

The CSI technicians were on-time and professional. We especially appreciated their willingness to educate us. Our anxieties about the whole process were lessened - we sensed their concern and acknowledge their expertise. CSI's administrative procedures were also top-notch.

Barry is a real professional. Everyone on his team, including office staff and on-site technicians were first class. He came back to check on the results. Would absolutely use them again for any of the services they provide.

Amazing team of professional individuals. Extremely thorough and willing to share their knowledge. No such thing as a stupid question. Broke everything down to laymen terms. Totally worth every penny. Can't wait to get back an estimate and higher them to do the work!

Loved their personalities, professionalism, an abundance of knowledge. They had no problems walking me through everything they found. Not well. They did inspections that I did not requested and got mad when I refuse to pay. I called back a few days later to pay for what I requested. I still have not received my report. I requested it by email after not receiving it as promised. Then I called again yesterday and still have not received it. I wouldn't refer them to anyone. I will never every call them for anything. Just today my credit union said someone tried to access my account with the wrong pin 5 times. I feel like it is them.

Ron Miller was the gentleman who inspected the property and not only was he extremely thorough, he explained everything to us in a way we could understand. We will definitely hire him again and look forward to working with him again in the future. -- Paige G

During the initial contact, I was impressed with the explanation of the testing process provided by the individual who answered my call. I was equally impressed by Mr. Robinson's step-by-step explanation while he set up the equipment to perform the test. He explained his licensing and the accuracy of the test that he was conducting. He was professional, efficient and possesses a great deal of expertise in his chosen field. He informed me when to expect the results of the testing and followed up with a phone call explaining the report in minute detail. Went well. Took 2 treatments to eliminate hornets. Second hole was tough to get to, but Art did a good job eradicating the insects. Price seemed a bit high to me ($125), but perhaps that is reasonable for pest control.

You certainly get what you pay for! While CSI wasn't the cheapest on our list of home inspection and radon testing quotes, the cost was more than reasonable for the level of service that we received. Ron, our home inspector, was fantastic! He arrived early, and I don't think he could have been more thorough than he was! He was very friendly and personable, and was more than willing to answer our questions during the inspection. He went through the entire home with a fine toothed comb! He pointed out defects that he found, and explained things in detail. He also highlighted the positive things he found. Used a drone to inspect the roof and chimney, and thermal imaging to check for hidden moisture. I feel like we have an excellent idea of the condition of the property we are buying, which has done a lot in making us feel more comfortable! The report we receiced within 24 hours was professional and clearly written with appropriate photos attached. Will certainly recommend to others, and will use them for any future home inspection needs we have!

Great inspection. We were concerned that crawlspace is very small for most to enter. They use a robotic car with lights and camera.

I was impressed with CSI from the very beginning. The person that I spoke to on the phone who set up the inspections of our home was professional and pleasant to talk to. When I requested Barry as the inspected, she was quick to let me know his availability times and from knowing that I was able to select a time that worked best for the builder and the inspector. Barry called us the day of the inspection just to clarify the time and location. After the inspection was done, Barry notified me that he would be sending a print out of the inspection. The notes from the inspection were clear and understandable for a layman. The notes also allowed us to go over with the builder any concerns we had about the house. TERRIBLE PRODUCT! I contacted CSI per recommendation from a realtor to inspect a home I'm considering buying. The inspector showed up on time, was very thorough, and explained everything in great detail. In fact, he spent extra time telling me about rotten, water damaged wood underneath a bathroom floor that was covered in mold and really needed to be replaced. However, when I got the report, all it said was "water damage present". That was it. Nothing about structural damage or rotten wood or the need to replace it. Nothing about it being in the bathroom either. Now I don't know what to do. Is there a real problem that needs to be addressed immediately? Can I get the sellers to address it if it wasn't included in the report? This is an awful experience with money not only wasted but maybe lost in terms of my leverage with the seller.

I received an excellent and very thorough home inspection from CSI. Brad was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and took the time explain his findings in great detail. I would highly recommend CSI.
