This is a great company to work with. They were professional, on time and made sure the work area was cleaner than when they arrived. They explained the installation process and even took time to make sure that everything was to our liking after installation. This company understands customer service. After the installation a leak developed and I called to see if they could look at it. That same day they were onsite and looking to see the cause and what could be done to stop the issue. They had a possible solution in the truck with them but it was not long enough to cover the tub area in question. They ordered new surrounds. When they came in one of the owners, personally came out and installed the component. After the sealant set up we tried it out and the problem was resolved. All the folks that work there are friendly, professional and able to answer any questions that we had about the enclosure products we selected for the bathroom remodel. Don't hesitate to call them if you need to order and have frameless bathroom enclosures installed. They are awesome!

After someone set off a bottle rocket and broke our storm window, I called Carraway to get an estimate on replacing the glass. They came that same afternoon, took the window out and came back the next day and replaced it. I can't tell you what a relief it was to get the repair done so quickly. Kenny and John were very professional and caring. I highly recommend this company.

In order to replace the glass, a template had to be made. Ken and Austin painstakingly did so, and ordered the glass. I was advised it could take 4 weeks for the glass to be delivered, but they received it in just over 2 weeks. They installed the window today, and it looks great. They were professional in every aspect of the job, including a thorough cleanup. Their estimate was considerably less than another estimate that I had received.

They were excellent. They were honest and fair and did a good work.

I called approx 5-6 companies long distance and described the problem and asked for quotes and service. Carraway Glass was, by far, the most cordial and prompt to reply with a phone quote. I authorized the work via phone and two days later they called and said it was done. I first saw the finished work 3 weeks later and it was excellent. I've never seen a soul from the company but they earned my respect and referral.
