They called ahead to say that they were running a few minutes behind. They were courteous. I asked for estimates on 3 other plumbing issues. The tech wrote out everything and recommended that I buy some of the parts to save money and then they could do the repair work. The Powder Room Toilet was constantly running water and the handle was hard to flush.  The plumber had to leave to pick up the part that he needed.  He repaired the toilet the same day and was very professional. I would use Appleton Campbell Plumbing again.

"Pressure tank for my well ruptured. Appleton Campbell literally responded in a minute or 2, and within 2 hours someone came out to give me a quote and said that this could be fixed by 2 pm. I hired them and sure enough everything was done very quickly and I had water again!
