"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

Every day he cleaned up all his tools and materials. Mahati’s work is excellent and asked us if he needed to know how we wanted something to look. "Fantastic experience with a responsive, highly skilled, professional team. We initially contacted LFC to redesign a half wall/counter in a basement kitchenette area so we could remove and replace an old refrigerator. Tony listened, assessed the situation and came up with a very creative and cost effective solution for our problem. They cut back the half wall and kept the counter by carefully cutting it and installing a hinge so it could swing up and down. To save on flooring costs, they used extra carpet and tile that we had and blended it in. We were so pleased that we had him come back out to look at the recurring rotten wood problem around our front door entryway and our garage door. Tony suggested cost effective, non-wood materials, and a custom design by his carpenter to preclude further water erosion. Both projects were completed in a timely manner by a team of highly skilled professionals who take pride in their work. The level of detail in the intricate carpentry work is exceptional."
