"Manger gave estimate in professional manner and the team performed with excellence. They repaired my deck exactly as stayed in their estimate. I will definitely use them again."

"My project involved a deck and retaining wall due to a tree falling. The team was amazing!! They showed up on time every day. They kept the area neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. They truly care about the quality of the job they perform and making the customer happy. Their attention to the details and catching the little things â ¦ practically brought me to tears to joy."

"Alexander came personally to do the estimate and made great recommendations for a simple repair versus spending more money on a replacement deck. In the end he had a crew at my home in less that 72 hours after I agreed to the quote/estimate he provided. The crew was very efficient, completed the work in less than six hours and did a quality job all the way around. The fixed was what was quoted and then did some additional minor repair after I reviewed the work and decided to do to more replacement rail tops. The crew moved all the deck furniture to do the work and placed everything back where it was. They even fixed a loose post on the upper deck at no extra cost. I can't speak highly enough about Alexander and his workers - they are a top notch, friendly and customer service oriented team. I'd definitely look to this company for additional work and repairs. Also the price they charged was very reasonable for the work they performed."

"We recently hired JW Home Improvement to resurface our deck, repair and paint all the trim on the exterior of the house, and make other much-needed repairs and improvements. We very much appreciated Estimator Josh, Field Supervisor Clinton, and Office Manager Michelle for their responsiveness and friendliness. The team they sent to us, Alberto and Javier, were excellent! Highly skilled in so many areas of construction and painting and problem solving, they were efficient, careful, hard working, and thorough. Good natured, they took the time to explain to us what they were doing whenever we had questions. We highly recommend them and plan to hire them again."

"They did an amazing job. They also fixed a hole in the wall and it looks like a hole was never there. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them."

"Petru at EcoDecks did a spectacular job with my deck repairs and enclosed patio space. He replaced a rotting support beam, broken door, sagging decking, and mesh wiring, all with incredible skill and attention to detail. From the start, he was honest, helpful, and fair in his pricing, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. What truly set Petru apart was his dedication and professionalism. Once we signed the contract, he took full control of the project, ensuring the work got done efficiently without interrupting my busy schedule. At the same time, he kept me updated through messages to make sure I was happy with the quality, progress, and final results. Most impressively, he completed all of this during freezing cold weather after a snowstorm—without a single complaint. His commitment to going above and beyond is evident in everything he does. I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone needing deck or patio work. The fact that he has such a strong reputation is no coincidence—it is earned, and he proves it through his work."

"Metropolitan took-up and reset brickwork on a patio below my deck and replaced framing on a house doorway on the deck. Work was done well and clean-up was excellent!"

"Work was good and customer service excellent. They were quick and did what they said they would do. I didn't specify the deck stain materials nor color and they didn't ask but they did a good job. Cannot ask for more than that!"
