"Well, they were fairly busy, and initially couldn't come right away. But, when weather cooperated, they were responsive to the "urgency" of my glut of leaves -- and I was hoping they'd be gone before they were rain-soaked again and harder to remove. And, they came through. Sent a 4-man team, skilled, well-equipped, and got it done in short order. A little bit pricey, maybe, but not unbearable. The contact person was good at his job."

He made several drainage adjustments to my back yard to include installing a french drain and then I had a hardscape patio installed in place of the the constant sloppy mud I have had for years. "All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."
