For only one-tenth the quoted estimate of one of Charlottesville's "major" plumbing outfits (who said we needed an entirely new hot water heater!), Mr. Osteen correctly identified the need for a simple thermostat replacement.  The job was done expertly and our hot water heater has worked great ever since.  He also fixed our bath tub faucet valve -- included in the same price!
