They returned my phone call the same day, came to my house to give me an estimate 2 days later (they would have been out the next day, but that didn't work with my schedule), and then I hired them. They did all the work while I was at work so I drove up to a beautifully clean yard! What I was particularly impressed with was how they left my yard. They said when they gave me the estimate that they would probably have to leave some of the stumps but would get as close to the ground as possible. If there are still stumps, I don't know where they are! I have since installed mulch beds and planted flowers where the overgrown bushes were, with zero complications. I can't wait for them to come out and do my backyard.

He made several drainage adjustments to my back yard to include installing a french drain and then I had a hardscape patio installed in place of the the constant sloppy mud I have had for years. "All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."
