Picture is worth a thousand words. Just look at the before and after photos of what Comfort One master installer (Josh) accomplished in my indoor and outdoor AC units. If this is not enough proof, here’s more. Josh called in 15 minutes before the 7:30 AM scheduled time as courtesy call. He also walked me through the thermostat setting after the installation. Gary (the boss and troubleshooter) suggested to get the not-so-obvious gas leak (Washington Gas) fixed that he smelled near the gas meter which is located near the outdoor AC unit during the day of troubleshooting. My wife really appreciated that especially the fact that there was no cost at all for Washington Gas to get it fixed. Gary was upfront and honest about his opinion not to recommend fixing the fan and capacitor on my 16-year old outdoor AC unit when I ask him about it which can cost me another $800 to $1000. Rachel was very responsive on all the processing and order follow ups. Overall, you will get genuine professional service from Gary, Rachel and Josh which is consistent with what others have said about them – a truly 5-star experience!

Hamby/Comfort One replaced my heating and air conditioning about 20 years ago - still working. On recent visits, Josh noted my water heater needed replacement (27 years old) - and it failed a week ago with water everywhere. But I already had an estimate, and Rachel had me take pictures of the vents so they could be sure to have everything needed when Josh got here. She soon sent 2 options, and this past Monday, Josh installed it. But as usual, they always go above and beyond - See in the picture how Josh also got me a pan he put underneath the new heater with a drain hose he had to go out and specially find to be long enough to reach my drain. And added a device to alert us if water every spilled again. So next time, will not have to have the carpets in the next room also cleaned and dried. This is a great firm that does what it says it will. Have also kept my heating and air conditioning running for almost 20 years. Everyone I have worked with is great. My son and daughter in law will now get their water heater replaced too and Josh and Rachel already did the estimate.

Josh did an excellent job. He was punctual, professional and efficient.

They offered us two option....go with what the warranty covered...replaced compressor for $600 labor.  Or, they informed us that the manufacturer of our compressor had been sue by Carrier and won.  We could get a whole new unit for $1700.  No brainer...new unit!!  They are prompt, professional and great to work with.

We have used them for several years.  They check the system bi-annually. They are very responsive.  We have a plan with them.  It's cheaper getting the seasonal check twice a year.  They are very personable and very friendly.  If we have a challenge they are very responsive which we find really important dealing with the heating and air conditioning.  They have competitive pricing.  They give you options and suggestions that are helpful. Their quality work is great.

I would definitely use Hamby Services again. Gary and Josh are very professional, deliver great service and are always prompt.

We had already received one estimate from another company and had called Hamby Services to get a second estimate. We were pleased with the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. Rather than simply giving us a pair of price quotes with few details as the first company had done, Hamby Services gave us an estimate sheet with five different options and a range of price points and options. They gave us plenty of background information as well. When they showed up to install the new equipment, they were prompt and efficient. They made very little mess and were sure to clean everything up before they left. They walked us through the use of the new equipment before leaving.

Personal customer service (Rachel)! Service call was scheduled quickly. Technician arrived on time. He was able to identify a leakage point (that caused ceiling damage) which had been overlooked several times by other companies to include a home warranty company! : ) There was a blockage in the condensation pipe which he promptly replaced. Air conditioner had also ceased operating. The technican determined the problem (failed condensor motor) and charged the motor.
System has been working great ever since! Highly recommend.
