"AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency. "Terrone responded immediately to our request for service on Saturday. He came to service our air-conditioner which was working minimally. He did fix it and it gave us relief from the heat. However, we knew that our heat pump/air conditioner was in need of replacement. Terrone talked to us about options, gave us some time to do research on the best choice for our home and came back to do the installation. His pricing was reasonable. He and Caleb worked to removed the old system, install the new system, install our new Smart Thermostat ( I-Comfort) and come back to check on the system and us that everything was working correctly.
