"I would highly recommend HPC Services! They responded quickly when we called for an estimate on a new heat pump. The gentlemen who were in our home installing the unit were professional and polite and very nice to our little dogs. Sergio stayed and answered all of our questions until late in the evening. "I have two mini split systems in my house and one is completely nonfunctional the other was partially functional. Michael was prompt and had both problems diagnosed in minutes. The main system he fixed in a matter of minutes the second smaller system was actually a manufacturer defect that he found thank goodness. We are just waiting for a new part order to complete the job I am 100% satisfied with his work so far. Will update on completion but the interaction was professional and I already plan to use him on my next project."
