I've been using a lot of technician and found this guy is the best and his price is great. I would recommend him (Van) to anyone who in need to get their HVAC service or repair. Give him a chance and you won't regret it.

The owner/technician arrived on schedule and promptly diagnosed the problem that my A/C was experiencing. Very professional and focused. He completed the job in less than an hour and explained each step as he went along repairing my system. He also gave me Discounts for most of the work. No doubt in my mind that he saved me hundreds of dollars in repair work and the most important thing - he was honest. Would highly recommend.

Super fast service with very reasonable prices. Our upstairs a/c was clearly not working well so we contacted a few companies. One company came out and wanted to charge us around 8k so we wanted to get a second opinion. We called a few more companies, but only VS was able to come out the same day. Their team was very respectful and diagnosed the problem with same results. However, VS was able to do the same job with the same quality equipment for about 3k less and was able to get the job done the next day. They are also coming out for a courtesy inspection in the winter. I highly recommend VS for heating and air conditioning.

I originally had an appointment scheduled for Monday with VS Heating and Air Conditioning but he called me and said that he could come today checked out my system told me it was working perfectly just to clean it a little and I should be fine awesome service would definitely hire again

This was a great experience. On Friday I noticed that the house was warm but chalked it up to the 90 degree day we were having. On Friday night our house was 87 degrees inside . Got up at 6:30 this morning (Sat) , got on Home Adviser and selected the AC issue, looked at pricing and even though companies were suggested (Most did not have Sat hours) I selected get estimates from all vendors. When I did that at 7:05 within 2 minutes I had 2 vendors call me . The first one was VS Heating and Air and Vanthouen said he would be there between 8:30 and 9. I got another call seconds after I hung up with VS . I actually felt bad for the second guy and told him he was fast but someone else was a little faster. Vanthouen arrived , came in , looked at the unit , went out side to the fan unit and said ," I don't hear the compressor " , tested it and said "you need a starter the one I had was bad " , five minutes later the starter was in and AC was flowing. Now comes the best part . On line my repair with trip charge, Freon , Sat hrs etc.. . was 300 to 400 dollars. When I got my bill of $185.00 I was very pleased. Vanthouen is now my AC guy and he will soon be my neighbors as we are always looking for honest , knowledgeable companies. VS it was a pleasure doing business with you and I will be using VS again. I had called 5 other places before calling VS, and I'm glad I did. Van was courteous over the phone and answered all my questions. He showed up on time (the same day) to diagnose my AC problem. He found the problem quickly and fixed it. He also inspected both my outside condenser units and recommended one of them to be charged which I accepted. Awesome service! Showed up same day most importantly. Van made the effort to troubleshoot equipment and made a fairly simple repair to ensure I was up and running within an hour of him arriving. He has the expertise to know he could eliminate the compressor warming circuit that had grounded causing my issue, to have my A/C running again. No jerk around for extra parts or up-selling, a true professional. Fees were more than reasonable in my opinion. VS made a customer for life today!

Best heating and air guy I've found anywhere. A/C stopped working on hottest day of the year. Called two other services who didn't show up wasting my day after taking off work. This Cambodian family business shows up when promised, makes the repairs quickly and efficiently, is fair and courteous and best of all very reasonably priced. I would hie this excellent company for any service including complete replacement. I've confidently recommended them to the entire neighborhood.
