Took them 2 days & it would have been longer if my husband didn't push them along. Some of the sales people are slick & make you belive all is included when it isn't. The siding crew left a bad taste in my mouth & will never use them again."

I have no problems so far with this roof job. If I Knew now the way thing went I would have had it done last year. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"It went very good. They are very professional. I was really impressed by how well the job they did. I had a walk way made out of wood, treated wood, after they were finished with it, looked brand new. I mean before it looked green and looked like it needed to be replaced. There were some extra charges, because of the shed, the cost didn't include the shed and the deck. I think it was an additional $25. They were late, they had trouble with a machine. They called me up though so not sure how to rate that. They called me, well actually to tell you the truth, the first time I called them they never showed up. That was probably the only thing that got me. Not sure I'd use them again, maybe, I'd probably price around again. It was a little expensive, a little bit on the pricey side. The $225 kind of lures you in and then add more for this and that, so it's not exactly. They did a good job so, I've had other people before and they didn't do a good job. They had the right, I think the big expense was they had the right machinery there. They had this big huge machine on the back of their truck, where most people just come in with a pressure washer and just pressure wash your house. They put some chemical on, kind of like bleach or something then they just sprayed it right off. I'd say I probably will use them again. I'm going to look around a little bit more this time. Everything kind of evens out. I think maybe give a more realistic, like with Angie's List, they have that blanket $225 or whatever and it's not $225. It's kind of deceiving, because it's not really $225. You have to pay more for other stuff. I guess it did say the additional structure would cost more. So I guess it is fair, you are just going to pay more. They are just expensive that's all."
"Jesus was great to work with. Jesus came out on a Saturday in the rain on time and gave me a estimate. Jesus showed me samples and recommendations and also helped pick out the color and style. Jesus ordered the shingles and a week later Jesus and his crew replaced the gutters,siding and replaced the roof.
