"Two shingles, which were improperly installed by the homebuilder, fell off the roof just before the remnants of a tropical storm came through.  In addition, I was aware that the rubber seals on the plumbing vent roof flashings was deteriorating and needed to be fixed or replaced.
I called Georgia at Spicer Brothers on a Thursday morning, and explained the urgency of my situation with the coming heavy rains.  She worked with their projects manager to send a crew out that day.  The repairmen who responded were experienced, and not only fixed the fallen shingles but also identified that surrounding shingles had been nailed improperly.  They re-nailed several surrounding shingles and applied adhesive to reinforce the area as best as possible. 
The crew also installed permaboots over the plumbing vent flashings to prevent leaks. 
I was very happy with the service and price seemed reasonable, especially since they had to pull a crew off another job to respond to my emergency.  I would definitely use them again for repairs and will look to them when it comes time to replace the roof.

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Due to a minor water leak a section of drywall about 8' x 2' had been cut out. The trim in this area and on the other side of the hall plus a closet had to be placed as well. The drywall and trim had been removed due to a small amount of mold from the water leak.  I called George's painting due to all the great reviews here on Angie's list.  I received an estimate on this work and in addition I asked for an estimate on some painting.  I thought the estimate was very fair. George was extremely professional and even came to look at what the job entailed late on a Friday evening as he was returning from other jobs on his way back to his office. This was absolutely fine with me as I had no plans to go anywhere.  George sent my estimate first thing Monday morning.

In the end I used George's only for the drywall and trim work. The job was easily scheduled and the 2 man crew did an outstanding job. I couldn't even tell there had been any damage. The trim work was outstanding as well with nice miter cuts. It lined up well with the existing molding where the miter cuts met.  It only took them approximately 4 hours to do the job.  I plan to call George's in the future for outside painting of my house.

"Received a price for power washing the siding over the phone. Set up a time on the phone to arrive to wash the siding and the arrived on time. Mel discussed the plan for the siding and gave me an estimate for the windows. I accepted the window estimate and they washed the outside of the windows at the same time they did the siding. Took about 4 hours with 1 workman. Only needed access to water outside. He worked rapidly and carefully; great job. I would definitely hire again."

Every little question, clarification, issue, and request that we made to them was truly completed to perfection. They did a great job. Also we got a superior value. Other siding companies that we got quotes from had quoted us a higher price, without including our other exterior needs. (C3 fixed an issue with our gutters, the screen on our porch, the trim on our garage...) C3 did it all. We got a great value.
