"I can’t say enough good things about Modern Structure Homes LLC! They completely transformed my bathroom and fixed the issues that another company left behind. They showed up on time, kept me informed throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised. The quality of their work is amazing, and they truly brought new life back to my home. Jonathan was a pleasure to work with! He was professional, honest, and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend Modern Structure Homes LLC to anyone looking for quality work and a company that stands behind what they do!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"The initial installation in 2009 was excellent.  I'm in the process of  selling my house and noticed that 2 windows had broken seals and several had bad springs so the windows would not stay up.  I called the owner, Jeff Fine, who came out promptly to review the issue.  He promptly reordered the windows to replace those with broken seals and replacement springs.  When the windows came iin from the manufacturer he came out promptly and took care of all the issues.  Prompt, courteous, professional service is hard to find now a days.  I highly recommend Eco Windows and Siding.

"Paul does great work, no doubt about it. You don't realize how bad most siding jobs are until you see one down well - like American Siding did for me. Several years later, and the siding looks the same as it did when installed. My neighbor had siding put on his house at the same time I had my cottages done, and the siding is already buckled and coming off in places. You get what you pay for."

"Josh was contacted through his former employer that no longer services the area who recommended him to renovate my entire home that I see he has pictures of on his profile. He did an amazing job with absolutely everything from adding a bonus nursery, flooring throughout the entire house along with custom trim! He provided me with a completely updated home that I couldn’t be happier with. Don’t hesitate to give this man a call. He’s super kind and willing to work with you the whole way. He even installed my appliances that arrived completely free of charge!"
Couple was expecting a baby and lived in a one bedroom loft. Upon examination of home it was determined to use this awkward, fairly unused space to create a quaint little nursery that can double as an office space/extra bedroom later down the road.

Homeowners wanted to provide seperation between the kitchen area and living room area while still keeping the "open layout" feel of the house. The remedy I provided was an open pass-through wall that could double as an extra area for guests to sit down and eat.

Siding questions, answered by experts

Yes, mixing siding types will affect your home value, and in most cases, it will improve curb appeal and add to the value of your home. This is especially true if you get the benefit of the high-end appearance of brick or stone siding but save on siding costs by covering most of the exterior with more affordable vinyl or fiber cement.

Stucco siding is the most energy-efficient option on its own, but you can choose insulated vinyl, insulated metal, or insulated brick or stone facade siding that improves energy efficiency even further. These options include a layer of foam insulation under the siding to reduce heat transfer between your living space and the exterior. If you live in a particularly sunny climate, a reflective option like insulated steel or aluminum siding can maximize efficiency.

The necessary frequency of mold cleaning in your home will depend on several factors, including the climate, the presence of moisture sources, and the type of siding. It's generally recommended to inspect your siding regularly and clean any mold growth as soon as it appears to prevent it from spreading or causing damage. If you’re not sure how often you should clean mold off siding, you can always contact a siding contractor near you to consult on what maintenance schedule will work best for your home.

You should restain or refinish your home's cedar siding every three to seven years to maintain its appearance and ensure maximum protection. The precise frequency depends on several factors, including your local climate, the siding's exposure to severe weather like direct sunlight, rain, and wind, the quality of the initial stain application, the type of stain used, and the condition of the wood.

Homeowners in harsh climates with high humidity and significant direct sunlight should plan on restaining every three years, while those in milder locations can wait up to seven years. For the longest-lasting protection in particularly harsh environments, consider using an opaque stain.

If you're looking for a lower-maintenance alternative, vinyl or aluminum siding are options to consider. Although their installation cost may be higher, they don't require as much upkeep over time, which can provide more value, especially in areas with excessive rainfall or high humidity.

Yes, the thickness of siding is an important factor to consider when replacing it. Siding thickness helps to determine how your home retains and redirects heat. While thicker siding has a premium price, it offers greater strength and durability, stronger insulation, better wind and weather resistance, increased rigidity, and better soundproofing.
