"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "The initial installation in 2009 was excellent.  I'm in the process of  selling my house and noticed that 2 windows had broken seals and several had bad springs so the windows would not stay up.  I called the owner, Jeff Fine, who came out promptly to review the issue.  He promptly reordered the windows to replace those with broken seals and replacement springs.  When the windows came iin from the manufacturer he came out promptly and took care of all the issues.  Prompt, courteous, professional service is hard to find now a days.  I highly recommend Eco Windows and Siding.
