Ismar and his team arrived on time, were polite, and treated our home with the utmost respect. Our bathroom exhaust fan was installed with great professionalism, and the cost was very reasonable. He replaced all of the hardware on our third floor casement windows, so that I did not have to replace the windows He also painted the exterior of those windows and power washed our extensive porches and porch railings in our hundred year-old house and reglazed windows and painted the entire porch and railing system. He did an excellent job was very prompt and I couldnâ  t recommend him too highly.

Painting or Staining - Small Projects
Ismar evaluated the project I had & gave me some good advice about preparing the deck before we began. The deck space was about 1350 sq. Feet & was over 20 years old. It needed railings & stairs stabilized & some boards replaced. The product i chose (and I hope Iâ m right is Behr Advanced Deck over). I called Behr multiple times about the process: power wash , use Behr stain remover & cleaner & make sure the coats are applied, dried, and applied right. Ismar managed this process very well. The finished product looks fantastic.

Ismar (1) replaced cedar shake roof over a 4-window "bay window" with asphalt shingles; and (2) helper power washed pine needle debris out of LeafGuard gutters and downspouts. Service was prompt, professional, and completed in a very timely manner at the price agreed to. I will very likely use his services again for other projects and highly recommend him.

This contractor, Ismar, is very professional and takes great pride in his work and the quality of his work is top notch. He was able to provide a start date and completion date, both were very accurate. This project took a couple of weeks start to finish. Once the project was started, he did not leave to work on another project. I was given guidance as to the best paint to use as I chose to purchase them myself. Ismar kept in contact with me throughout the project through texts and pictures. And I did hire him again to install LVP flooring. This was an equally pleasant experience. I hope I can write a separate review on this project. This project was done in Cheriton VA

Roof - Clean
Ismar from Jireh Remodelation cleaned my gutters and roof. He was professional, showed up on time, finished in a timely manner, and charged market appropriate prices. He even took before and after pictures so I could see how well the roof and gutters were cleaned. I plan to use Ismar's services in the future for gutter/roof cleaning as well as other projects. Powerwashing
Ismar showed up right when he said he would and finished the job in a day. The work he did was exceptional. My house looks like it was just freshly painted!!! Absolutely none of that green algae is left anywhere on my house, Deck, Porch, and Car shed. And the shed and house are both a Brilliant White color. So believe me if there were any of that ugly green algae still on those surfaces I would see it right away! So I highly recommend hiring Mr. Ismar Vazquez of "JIREH" REMODELATIONS for pressure washing. I will be hiring him back for some small odd jobs I need to be done around my home. And I am very confident that he will give me the same excellent service as he did today!! And at an AFFORDABLE and REASONABLE price.

Be sure to make clear what the whole project is. Some tree debris requested to be removed was neglected. It was not the trees they cut down but they agreed to take other tree debris as part of project. Overall very satisfied with value and work performed.

Ismar and Manuel of "Jireh" remodelations are very conscientious and they are very detail oriented. They did several projects for us over a 6 day period. They provided very good quality painting. They prepared the surfaces properly and the painting was impeccable quality. They also did a exterior beaded high ceiling restoration sanding it and refinishing while on scaffold. The results were excellent. We would definitely hire them again.
