My finished project is a retaining wall (3 feet tall by 40 feet wide) and a patio (12x24 feet) with beautiful pavers on both. The landscaping around the wall and patio was just what I wanted with river rock and plants. He transplanted the young trees that I wanted to keep and helped me pick out plants for the rest of the project. I had not imagined including lighting, but Elijah suggested it, and the lighting is beautiful. I also had a walkway installed that matches the paver patio style. "Mauricio and Crisjan were the initial sales reps who came to examine the issue and they took the time to test drainage that might have potentially been creating the water issue. They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. The previous construction of the retaining wall and patio was poorly built. Mr. Minor and his crew developed a sound solution in building a well constructed retaining wall which they tied to a elevated concrete patio around an in-ground pool.
