"We had requested several bids from various masonry contractors to suggest and submit bids for repairing and/or replacing damaged / deteriorating areas to a brick walkway, stairs, flagstone patio, brick/flagstone stairs and other hardscape areas for our 1950s ranch home. Mr. Ortez replied promptly to our request for a bid and a time was set for a meeting. He arrived on time and spent a good deal of time walking the property and making suggestions as to the best approach to repair areas to keep costs down without sacrificing quality and keep with the aesthetic of the current brickwork/materials in place. Mr. Ortez was professional and his bid was reasonable; he was our second choice to complete the work. We went with another contractor because that contractor met our expectations but at a lower cost. We should note that Mr. Ortez did not push us to tear out and completely rebuild all of the areas we wanted repaired for tens of thousands of dollars (as several had), nor was he willing to simply "patch and repair" as this would sacrifice the quality and the life expectancy of the areas in need of repair. His suggestions were good and reasonably priced. In the end we went with another contractor because their suggestions and bid was the best fit for our needs and expectations. I would definitely recommend inviting International Brick and Concrete for a bid on masonry/concrete work you are thinking of for your property."

"I reached out to Cassella Landscaping to build a new retaining wall and patio in my back yard. I got estimates from six different companies before choosing Cassella. I will explain why I chose Cassella over the others, and why I am so glad I did. They were amazing! I did my research and read so many reviews. Cassella clearly had highly satisfied customers. My finished project is a retaining wall (3 feet tall by 40 feet wide) and a patio (12x24 feet) with beautiful pavers on both. The landscaping around the wall and patio was just what I wanted with river rock and plants. He transplanted the young trees that I wanted to keep and helped me pick out plants for the rest of the project. I had not imagined including lighting, but Elijah suggested it, and the lighting is beautiful. I also had a walkway installed that matches the paver patio style. It all looks so great, I am very happy with it. I highly recommend Cassella Landscaping. Elijah and his team were such a pleasure to work with and the finished project looks amazing."
