Best outdoor kitchen pros near Sumerduck, VA

"They were very professional, on time, and easy to work with. Everything was explained and all our questions were answered. We definitely would recommend ET General Contractor for any of your landscaping or outdoor projects. We would definitely utilize their services again"

"Alex was FANTASTIC! He helped us design our kitchen layout and made recommendations. He never tried to oversell us and was very frank...which I have a GREAT appreciation for! He was at the house when the cabinets were being delivered and stopped in during installation. If you have concerns or aren't entirely happy with something he will make it right as quickly as possible. We have worked with a number of contractors and no one has come close to his level of customer service. He even brought us a bottle of wine and cheese when it was finished:)"

"10/10 highly recommend. Patio install at my new home. Could not be happier with the work performed my Superior Outdoors. I Look forward to using them again for future projects as a build my dream home."

"Overall, our experience with Deckorators Design and Build was excellent and we highly recommend this company to others.
The initial estimation process was timely and thorough. The company developed a quality proposal that was accepted by our highly restrictive HOA after only one review. We did have some communication issues between the time when our proposal was approved and the time that the work began on site. We later determined that these communication issues were a result of the uncertain nature of outdoor work that cannot be completed during rainy weather and the company's ability to communicate with a high volume of customer demand during the spring and summer months. We discussed this issue with the company's owner and suggested ways to improve his customer communication processes and avoid customer misconceptions in the future.
After work began on site, the company's performance was absolutely superior. The team arrived on time every day and worked steadily throughout the day. They minimized wear and tear on our lawn and engaged us throughout the process whenever we had any concerns or if questions arose from the team such as how to modify or protect the existing irrigation system. When it became clear mid-way through the building process that the grading of the lawn would not transition well into the planned patio, the company owner and the on-site team worked with us to quickly develop an option to build a small additional wall to ensure that we would be satisfied with the end result. After only five days of work, the company delivered a high quality patio with which we are completely satisfied.
In summary, after the completion of this project with Deckorators Design and Build, we believe that we received a high quality product for a very competitive price in comparison with the work that we have seen completed by other companies at other homes. Therefore, we highly recommend this company to other consumers.

"Both workers were very professional and thorough. They made multiple trips since I had several chimney problems to address. Appointment times were confirmed via email and phone. Overall I thought they did a great job.

"Jud is the name of the founder of the company and he would be retiring shortly and would be taken over by David. They don’t have any sub-contractors and they have all their own crews for plumbing, tile installation. They gave us one on one advice for selecting tiles for our house. They gave us some ideas and also how to minimize the cost and also gave us idea as to how it would look. They have their own warehouse and showroom where we can see almost everything that they offer and installed. The same folks who are in the showroom are the same people who do installation in my house. Everyday before they left they used to make sure that there was no dust and would clean it up by themselves. They used to treat it as though it was their house. We had some other people who had done the tile installation before and they used to wash their pant in the bathroom sink and we had replaced it earlier but these are amazing and very neat. They are the only people who are suppliers as well as do installation of tiles. I would rate them high overall. They do email and also call up. I would use them again the future."

"We were impressed with the design and quality of workmanship (from photos) of Premier Outdoor Structures, but their quote was higher than two others we received around the same time.  We reluctantly told them that, while we were convinced they had the superior product, the price was outside our range.  They countered with a request to know what our range limit was, and an offer to work with us to find a design/plan that would fit our budget.  Wow.  They were the only ones who made any such offer, and we were impressed.  We worked out the design, and they worked within our budget.
We were somewhat disappointed not to have more spontaneous ongoing communication from Premier about the schedule, process, and progress of our project.  However, whenever we did contact them to ask questions or request information, they were responsive to our questions.  Once we became more proactive, we were happier.
More importantly, the work was first rate.  Their design allows us to add enclose the deck in the future should we want to.  In the end, we have an absolutely gorgeous deck - the quality of the workmanship and craftsmanship is first class, the price was within our budget.  In the future, when we undertake a project of this sort, we will take more initiative in requesting information and updates.  We would not hesitate to hire Premier Outdoor Structures again.

"F Stone Design - Fernando has successfully completed two jobs for me. One in stone (wall) and the other in brick (Front entrance repair). Both jobs were extremely well done. Not only was the final product first rate, the work was completed on time with minimal disruption. Cleanup was meticulous. Overall a great job and customer experience."

"The guys at Great American Log Homes were great! From the initial quote, to picking out the color and making payment, it was a great experience. Incredible workmanship, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They had our deck built in 2 days and it is absolutely gorgeous. Would highly recommend."

"When we came close to the completion of our new build I remember feeling daunted at the thought of furniture placement especially with our front entrance, dinning room and family room as they were all connected with no division, very open concept. After moving in, we were overwhelmed with where to start. We contacted Valerie to assist us in making our house a home. Valerie has an eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. She created design boards that reflected a blend of mine and my husband's styles. She really listens to her clients’ needs and preferences. We worked with her to pick out pieces that fit our space and budget. She will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction, and she is always available to answer questions and address any concerns. It was a pleasure working with Valerie and her company, Brexton Cole Interiors. She is committed to quality and customer service. We highly recommend Valerie!"
