"I found Laser Marble and Granite, Inc. through HomeAdvisor in early August. Edwin Rodriguez was the first to respond to my request. He was very professional, and informative. He helped me make decisions about stone for my kitchen before I even started looking for stone. Edwin agreed to meet us later the same day for a free estimate, after normal business hours! I was impressed. We purchased our home 2 years ago and have been in a constant remodel phase to make it our own. Our kitchen is on the north side of our our house, and while it has a large window, it gets very little natural light. We still have to turn on the lights at noon. Our kitchen had over 1000 sqft of dark granite, so we wanted something lighter. Edwin sent us to several granite showrooms to include Laser’s. He suggested PRISM, which was the best! They had stone we liked and didn’t see any where else! After selecting a stone, Edwin presented us with an estimate that we could work with. (My first selection was a quartzite! VERY PRETTY AND EXPENSIVE!!! LOL) Then life got in the way and we had to put things on hold. Edwin was very patient and understanding. THEN.... Sept 17th- Go time! I called Edwin and said “ We’re ready, let’s do this!” And I headed off to PRISM to select our slabs. We needed 3. They were delivered to Laser the next day! Sept 19th- Edwin came out for final measurements and details, again, after normal business hours! No templating (which I must say made us skeptical because that’s how we’s Seen it done before. And Edwin’s is such a young guy too! LOL). Sept 21st. I go out to Laser to meet with Edwin for layout. (I love home design) Sept 24th DELIVERY! 1 WEEK! Edwin and his crew of 3 (4 at one time) arrived on time, and stayed until the job was done! They had to remove the existing granite and they the did it without damaging a single stone of the existing backsplash! In fact, they had to precision cut one countertop to fiit under the backsplash! EDWIN and his crew did an AMAZING job! My kitchen looks AMAZING! Edwin treated our home as if it was his home. These are the kinds of companies we like in our home. These are the kinds of companies we will continue to do business with. The old granite will be donated to a nonprofit organization and Laser Marble and Granite will do the installation under Edwin’s direction. M & A Bass, Chesterfield"

"My home is about 20 years old and the kitchen has granite countertops and two of them had minor scratches and two others needed minor repairs. Vincente's price given for the scope of work is similar or slightly less, but as more cracks were found in the granite countertop, he asked for $180 more. He came home and gave me an estimate, he also came on time when he said he would come and he finished the job on time. He and his assistant, lined all the work areas with plastic so that dust won't fall on them. He also put sheets on the floor where the work was conducted. Vincente repaired the stone at a few places (using the resin and stone chip color), polished, and sealed about 6 small areas in the kitchen where granite countertops were affected and he also polished and sealed all areas for the granite countertops in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this company but make sure you agree on the price upfront and define the scope of work upfront. Thanks to Angie for providing the name of two top-notch companies for repairing the granite stones. Vincente agreed to come and do the job within 3 days of the estimate given and he did a marvelous job. Thanks."

"The tile in the bathroom looks great... so far. Jose also replaced a kitchen sink faucet and connections. Because he was also handling the plumbing connections in the bathroom, this seemed like something that should be in his wheelhouse. Well, 3 months later the kitchen sink had a serious leak and I had to have everything don again, and he charged $300 to unhook the faucet and reinstall in and two hoses. I could have done this myself, but was not nearby to do so. I thought he had done a good job, but since such a simple repair was a total failure, now I have to wonder what other surprises might pop up in the quality of his work, which cost about $7k in labor alone. Not feeling confident at this moment."
