This company has you do the final payment BEFORE they start the work. I was uncomfortable with this but it's in the contract you sign. They do guarantee their work so that's why I agreed. The agent who came to the house was patient with my decision process and I appreciated that. It's nice to be able to see samples right there where the existing decor is so you can see how everything will blend."
