"I'm happy with the carpet I chose and the work that was done. Most companies have you split payments where the final payment is after the work is completed. This company has you do the final payment BEFORE they start the work. I was uncomfortable with this but it's in the contract you sign. They do guarantee their work so that's why I agreed. The agent who came to the house was patient with my decision process and I appreciated that. It's nice to be able to see samples right there where the existing decor is so you can see how everything will blend."

CGM has a large number of selections available and was willing to walk us, literally, through their warehouse so we could look at and touch the options. They provided us with samples of those that we were interested in so that we could see what the stone looked like in our kitchen. The installers arrived on time and did a very professional job. We felt like we had time to review and ask questions and did not feel rushed in any of the process. The job was very well done and looks beautiful. They also installed the sink that we bought, it all looks so nice. I want to thank the crew at CGM for a great job.
