Dale was prompt in providing a very reasonable quote, communicated well, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Grout Masters replaced the broken tiles, painstakingly stabilized all of the other loose tiles, perfectly matched the existing grout, and cleaned and sealed the grout in the entire kitchen.
