I was most impressed with Troy’s ingenious solution to add additional support to my deck and to make additional repairs, and his proposal, pricing, and responsive service sold me immediately. Troy was able to stay on pace with the project timeline within the approved estimate, and the quality of his work was impeccable. Additionally, the value that I received for the work performed was significantly above other contractors who I have used in the past. Troy did an amazing job! We had him do a deck repair for us last year that was done very professionally so this year we had him do some deck repairs at our son's house. Again, more amazing solid work! This year, we've had him do some shed repairs, fix a few door issues, replace some hinges, some bathroom remodeling and some general handyman repairs around our house and we are completely satisfied with the work. It went awesome from start to finish and we could not be happier with the finished product! Just like last time when they built our custom deck and screened in porch! Troy is a true Craftsman and always does exactly what he says he's going to do without ever trying to cut corners! I can't speak highly enough of Troy Bilt Construction on their professionalism and their immaculate work. Mr. Woodward is very prompt and efficient from start to finish. He did exactly what he said he would do. He gave a price and stuck to it, no hidden charges or fees. He was the most courteous and respectful person I have ever dealt with. I'm beyond pleased with the final results of the projects! It all went Great from to start to finish! The job finished ahead of schedule. Troy finished-in a big bedroom and a beautiful spacious bathroom downstairs in my basement. I was going to put carpet in the whole thing but Troy talked me into just doing carpet in the bedroom and laminate hardwood in the rest of the area and now I'm so thankful for that advice because it looks stunning and the paint we picked out for him to put on the walls looks so good with the flooring! The whole basement looks amazing and we really loving the new FREE Delta one piece tub /shower combo that we received from Troy for signing contract before the time exspired on his Facebook Business Page Troy-Bilt-Construction @troyjwoodward amazing gift thanks for sticking to your word- that means everything!! So then after all work had been completed inside Troy and his guys went outside and built me a very nice privacy fence for my five dogs I'm absolutely love it! Now they can go outside and play and I don't have to worry about them running off. He also added steps and handrails to my back deck then he power-wash and stained the deck. Handrails and the steps which now looks amazing! Troy is an excellent Carpenter and shows great attention to detail! Troy and his guys are amazing to work with this was nothing like we was thinking it would be like it. Because it ended up being enjoyable and fun! I will definitely be hiring him again soon and I won't hesitate recommending him to all my family and friends! He is scheduled to come back and stain the fence that he built in the spring.

It went great Troy-Bilt- a couple porches for me about 2 or 3 years ago so I decided to call him back to finishing my basement it looks absolutely beautiful it was a blank space I never used it now I'm down there all the time I have a living room, kitchenette, one bedroom and a full-bathroom! I couldn't be more happier with my new finished-In basement. Troy and his guys showed up everyday on time just like they said they would and Troy even gave me ideas that I never even had thought of. I'm so happy that I called Troy again and I can't wait until my next project comes up to have him come back. It was a wonderful experience working with T-B-C Troy is honest reliable and he does excellent work! I would recommend T-B-C to anyone.

We had this deck repair done in 2019 by a contractor that didn't know what they were doing. Troy came in and expertly repaired our deck and made it safe again. He was fantastic to deal with and did a great job. We will definitely use Troy-Bilt again!

This is the second time I have used Troy and his team to do work at my house. Just like the first time, the quality and attention to detail is second to none. The quality is 100% professional. In addition, all of the folks Troy works with were beyond professional and I trusted them in my home while I had to leave and run errands. I am now trying to determine the next project that I can work with Troy on.

Outstanding. Troy was here every day for the entire project, and his work was timely, orderly, and as specified. Troy truly exceeded our expectations in terms of the quality and results of this huge project (~1800 sq ft). We are planning to hire Troy again in the future for other projects we have.

Troy's work is excellent. He designed and built our deck to a very high standard and it looks beautiful. He is tidy and careful and does not cut corners. I was very impressed by his work.

Troy was quick to respond to our request for service. He was able to start the project promptly, which was fortunate for us. The work was done with attention to detail. The deck was a challenge with the footers and Troy worked out a solution for our situation. Everyone was respectful of our property and the site was always very neat. His website has lots of representation of completed projects and is an Angies List Super Service Award winner for several years. We could not have been happier to have Troybilt work for us and will definitely call them for future projects.

Project turned out excellent. Troy started by producing a detailed design drawing, allowing me to quickly gain approval from my HOA for the modifications. He then began work, identifying areas where previous builders of my deck had cut corners. Troy was able to remediate these issues as part of the project (installing missing flashing between the deck and the house, adding footers). He made several suggestions along the way to ensure excellence in the finished product. He has high standards in his craftsmanship, and it shows.

I was the general contractor for a home I remodeled in Arizona and have assisted in various construction projects. I have decent knowledge of construction and have dealt with many contractors over the years. Troy and Mark were pleasant to work with, and obviously take pride in their work. Much of the work was completed by their 2-man team (i.e. framing, trim work, flooring, cabinet/countertop installation, and painting). I was impressed with the quality of their work and attention to detail. Troy's subcontractors were equally skilled. Also, I appreciated and incorporated Troy's suggested modifications to the original plan. In summary, I would highly recommend Troy-Bilt Construction, and I will be hiring them again for future projects!

I've worked with Troy and Mark on two jobs. The first was a smaller job to install railings on my front porch. I could tell right away their workmanship was excellent, and I was impressed with how Troy worked through unexpected obstacles that came up during the process. I was thrilled with the railings - they tied into the existing porch perfectly and looked like they'd always been there! I then hired Troy for a much larger job, involving converting a small bedroom into a bathroom, and converting an existing small bath into a laundry room. Once again, Troy and Mark were great throughout the process. This job took the room all the way down to the studs, and my house is quite old, so a lot of carpentry needed to be done to get the new room to be level and square. They clearly know their craft and are complete professionals! They managed the demolition, framing, installed insulation, drywall, flooring, and doors, and they also coordinated with all the sub-contractors. The site was cleaned up and left safe after each day, which I appreciated especially as the job got messy. Again, Troy worked through the inevitable unexpected hurdles and always came up with good solutions. Troy was also flexible in working with me, as I wanted to do most of the finish work myself, and we kept in close communication throughout the 6 weeks of work. The job came in on-time and on-budget, and I absolutely love my new spaces! It's great to have confidence and security knowing that everything is so well-built. On a personal note, I also really appreciated that, as a woman living alone, I never felt uncomfortable with Troy and Mark (and their sub-contractors) in my home, and could always trust them to be respectful of me and my space. I definitely recommend Troy-Bilt for anyone's remodeling job!

It was a total pleasure dealing with Troy and his team at Teal Construction. Troy responded quickly to my request for a quote and followed through quickly on all changes. Gary and his team always arrived on time and left my apartment clean at the end of each day. It was easy to have them around and they completed the work on time and the final bill was even less than the estimate! I highly recommend Troy and his team!!!

Troy Bilt did a great job! Troy was very prompt in both giving an estimate and in getting the work done. The work was done very well with a eye toward good quality. Troy obviously take pride in doing good high quality work. When there were a few (very minor!) things that needed to be take care of after the fact, Troy was very quick to respond and handle them. I will definitely use Troy Bilt again.
