"I have been using Elmer's Lawn & Garden for approximately 4 years. During that time I have had high quality, professional landscaping, annual yard maintenance (weeding), a walkway placed all the way around one side of the house to the back. In addition Elmer provided very professional services to widen my driveway widen and the stone used was also used on my steps and front porch. Elmer's prices are fair. Elmer and his crew are kind and very trustworthy. I will be using Elmer's Lawn & Garden for many years to come.

"Service was excellent. They showed up on time and worked hard every day. The foreman discussed any potential issues with me before they worked on them. The results are beautiful. They were the most expensive of the three bids I got but they also proposed the most work. One item specifically was that they used oil-based primer on all areas before painting, not just the areas where wood was repaired/replaced. They also did extra work without charge to caulk the roof above an area where a soffit had rotted and repaint gutters when the old paint came off during washing. I would definitely use them again."

"We are immensely happy with the results. Rogelio Rodas is reliable in all respects, he did all that we asked for. The work quality was top rate, and the price was very reasonable. He followed up promptly on the very few punch list items we had, and he even did a few small "extras" without charge. We highly recommend Rodas Painting & Services for painting, carpentry, power washing, and similar services."

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
Yes, pressure washing companies typically use your home’s water supply from the water spigot outside your house. While arrangements can be made with the pressure washing company to supply its own water, it’s very rare. Unless the company is already set up to supply its own water, this will likely incur additional costs for the company to fill a tank and haul it.
The main difference between pressure washing and power washing is that power washing uses hot water and pressure washing does not. Pressure washing uses only the water from the outside hose connection. Heated power washers tend to cost more and are more commonly used by professionals. Hot water with special cleaners is better suited to more complex or challenging cleaning tasks such as removing grease or oil from a concrete slab. In most cases, pressure washing your driveway should not require heat or powerful cleaners.
The cost to pressure wash a house ranges from $100 to $750, depending on the location, size, and height of your house. Power washing, on the other hand, costs from $250 to $400 per project, on average. Other cost factors include the accessibility of some areas of the house.
The cost to paint the exterior of a house ranges from $1,900 to $4,500 or about $1.50 to $4 per square foot, depending on the size, height, and complexity of the home layout. Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
