"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. "Once Mr. Wilkerson arrived, I told him the problem I was having with my sink. He then started performing the work to unclog my drain. It did not take that long for him to unclog my drain and he checked to make sure it was running fine before he left. I continued to monitor the flow of the water draining in the sink. It has been a week since he performed the work on my sink and I have not had any problems so far."

"We found a leak under our kitchen sink about three weeks after moving in to our house.  Having never needed a plumber before, we searched on Angie's List.  We chose Juan Carlos based on his reviews, and he did not disappoint.
He was friendly, honest and straightforward.  He came out on a Friday to diagnose the problem, and came back on Monday to repair.  He showed us exactly what the problem was, and how he was going to fix it.  When he was done, he walked us through the finished product.
Our home inspector had told us that we should replace some polybutylene pipes, so we asked Juan Carlos about it when he was here.  He actually told us that if we were planning to do any renovations (the house is a little over 20 years old), we should wait on the pipes and do them at the same time (which would save us quite a bit of money).  He took the time to explain the concerns with our existing pipes, and why we could wait on the work.
We really appreciated his honesty; and, when we do the work with the pipes, will most definitely be using Juan Carlos.  Highly recommend.

"My Plumbing Heroes, owner Jonathan responded within minutes to my emergency call for help with a backed up sewer line and leaking toilet base. He arrived and promptly assessed the issues. He snaked the drain and got it flowing freely. Since the toilet ring needed replacing I asked if he could install a new toilet as well and he had one on his truck. He knows his business. He installed the new toilet. It looks great! He cleaned and sanitized the areas he worked in. The charges were very, very reasonable. Jonathan is very professional and personable. We initially reached out to several companies for quotes, but we selected KBR because the designer (Silviya) made such a great impression when she came to our home to take measurements and to collect our requirements for the project. She asked great questions, gave helpful advice, and she helped us select the right design and materials to ensure that we ended up with bathrooms that we love. Throughout the project, the Project Manager, Omer, kept us informed of the process and schedule, answered our questions, and he ensured that communication between us, the subcontractors, and the crew doing the work was seamless. The crew was at our house from 8-5 every day, they put down drop cloths to cover the floor from the front door to the bathroom, and they cleaned up well before leaving each day. The team was led by Urias whose attention to detail, eye for design, and experience resulted in bathrooms that exceeded our expectations in every way. We were so impressed by Urias’ work that we added additional electrical work in the kitchen and basement onto our contract. I had heard so many horror stories about remodeling projects that drastically exceeded the budget and schedule, so I was expecting some surprises. "I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. He did make some recommendations and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding these providers. I highly recommend Granite Vision not only for the quality of their product but also for their professionalism and support."

"I was combining bright white cabinets on the perimeter of my kitchen with a walnut peninsula.  That required either getting a single granite that would work with both or two granites that would work with the different woods and each other.  I had searched on my own a couple of times and was leaning toward a particular granite.   Nick was able to talk me out of a bad decision.  He then very patiently evaluated dozens of granites with me, pointing out potential problems with some, narrowing down to others.  His expertise with stone helped me to choose beautiful slabs that work perfectly in my kitchen.  I then purchased the slabs and they were delivered to his shop. 
His process (customer buys slab, Nick's crew fabricates the countertop) yields left-over stone in his shop.  From this, he chose a perfect stone for my laundry room.  He measured, then his crew installed a week later.
For the kitchen, he was able to install less than a week after measuring.  That is amazingly fast turnaround for granite fabrication.  The granites were fabricated perfectly and look gorgeous.  Very professional crew.
Overall, it was a terrific experience.  Stonework is as much art as craft.  Nick has great taste and is willing to share that with his customers to help them make great choices.

"Ray came out (showing up on time) the day after I called for an appointment. He quickly saw that the pump had cracked thanks to some debris in the tank. He had brought a replacement with him just in case and he was able to install it right away. He also set up the new pump in a way that it was elevated so it would be less likely to be impacted by debris in the future."
