"The experience started off a little rough when the original tech assigned to our job (fixing a leak coming from under a toilet and into the crawlspace) missed our scheduled window (although he did call letting us know he was running behind and apologized) and we decided to reschedule for the next day since it was close to 8pm. However, that is when things changed for the better. Shontel Jackson came out late the next morning, went into the crawlspace, quickly identified the issue (blown out wax ring), removed the toilet, replaced the ring with a heftier version, replaced the toilet, and caulked around it. He was very knowledgeable, very cheerful, took the time to explain what he was doing, and the reason it may have occurred. The company even provide a decent discount on the service as an apology for not meeting their original time frame. We consider Shontel our go-to tech now!"

"I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. "I was looking for a small bathroom vanity countertop in  a specific Silestone color.  (A small remnant is NOT easy to find)!  I called and spoke with Nicholas.  He was extremely courteous.  He did not have what I wanted but was willing to make some calls and said he would  contact me the following week when he returned from vacation.  He did call back (which was pretty awesome in itself) and had located what I wanted.  I considered his pricing to be very fair.  Because of circumstances, I did not end up using him.  However, I was impressed with his courtesy, professionalism,and pricing. "Ray came out (showing up on time) the day after I called for an appointment. He quickly saw that the pump had cracked thanks to some debris in the tank. He had brought a replacement with him just in case and he was able to install it right away. He also set up the new pump in a way that it was elevated so it would be less likely to be impacted by debris in the future."

"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."
