"Marlon did an amazing job. They refinished my existing floor and installed wood flooring in two bedrooms. They were upfront about floor colors in two rooms not being consistent due to different wood types giving me the choice to redo the floor in the one room or leave it as is. I was a bit of a pain and requested a couple of things after the deal was signed (rubber underlayment and higher quality water-based finish), but he delivered on everything.
