Floors By Design was just wonderful to work with! We needed new carpet after we had a pipe bust in our basement, and I think it's also important to mention we were also on a really tight deadline and were feeling like there was no way it could work with how fast it all had to happen. We feel incredibly lucky and grateful that our contractor had FbD to send us since they were able to squeeze us into their schedule; everyone was so friendly, punctual, and they did an amazing job on the new carpet install. For anyone considering FbD, I highly recommend them! 10/10.
