He also had a wonderful personality and his only goal was to make sure you were happy above and beyond. He offered options for trim and stain color, showed me actual examples and asked me what I liked BEFORE doing the work - which I appreciated. Unlike other flooring companies I contacted, he was the one who came out and did the estimate AND the one who did the work. Can't be to careful with subcontractors who don't actually work for the company. With Wayne, I didn't have to worry about who was showing up or if we would be able to communicate effectively.
