The cost of the carpet and installation was fair. The salesman was courteous and helpful. The installers were professional and through. This was my 3rd great experience with C and R Carpet!

I have recommended CR flooring to differnet friends, all of which have been very happy with the srvice and results! They were prompt, excellent installation and left the residences spotless.

Highly recommend C & R for their prompt and professional services and going the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Wanted a waterproof flooring for my family, kitchen, and bath. My salesman Joe recommended CORTEC flooring and I went with a gray tone flooring. It look beautiful, love how great it came out. The lead installer, Armando was the bomb, he and his crew wasted no time getting up the carpet and laying down the flooring. It’s now just one seamless flow from room to room. Didn’t like the standard picture frame look around the fireplace so my salesperson Joe, brained stormed to come up with solutions. Armando came back out removed it, tweeted the area some, and I am thrilled with the new look. See pictures below

Did not hire. Vendor located too far from job site. Angie’s list could not provide someone closer. This is the last time I will use Angie’s list.

Everything from the initial visit to the store through the installation went very well. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, efficient, and knew what they were doing. Appointments were always on time. The installers were very experienced and it showed in the job they did. The seams are virtually impossible to spot. They completed a 4BR, hallway, and steps installation in about 3 hours.

We chose carpet that was in stock and had it installed the same week. The job went quickly, looked great and they cleaned up well when the job was done. I would definitely consider using C&R for the next job or my own home.

Installation of carpet in 3 bedrooms only took a few hours. They were on time, did a great job and clean up after themselves.

Excellent. After visiting one of their other stores and not finding carpets that we preferred, we visited their store on Carl D Silver Parkway. We were greeted by Mike Azimi and he was great. He was pleasant, professional, patient and very knowledgeable. He allowed us to browse his inventory and explained differences in quality and manufacturing processes for rugs of interest. We purchased rugs and pads for both rooms plus a runner for the kitchen. Thank you, Mike.

The job went perfectly! Joe was extremely knowledgable and helpful in finding the matching product for my floors. Everyone was professional and friendly. A crew arrived 30 minutes early and quickly moved furniture and removed the carpet. One man remained to install the new flooring. The crew returned at the end of the day to replace all the furniture and clean up. The new flooring looks like it has always been there. I can not tell where the older flooring meets the new flooring.

My first appointment was cancelled and moved to the next day because the job before mine proved to be more difficult than they had anticipated. The next day we had some issues with the stair lift in my house but those were eventually resolved and gave me the results i wanted. The next project was a last minute. Joe was very accommodating to my last minute project and the price was awesome for the work that needed to be done.

The quality of the carpet and the installation were very good.  But the crew was careless in moving furniture, scratching two pieces and putting some dings in the walls.  According to the terms of the contract, C & R is not responsible for such damage, so we're stuck with the results.  Other providers do take responsibility for damage, so you need to decide whether the money saved by getting C & R's low price is worth the risk.  Also be aware that the "free" financing isn't free. There's a 4.99% up-front charge, supposedly for handling or some such thing.

They did a great job refurbishing floors that were in pretty bad shape.  The crew was professional and very considerate of our needs.  For example, making sure we saw the results of the sanding before applying the first poly coat and coming out the evening after applying the final coat to help us judge whether the floors were ready to be walked on. We couldn't be happier with the crew and the job they did.

But there are two things to be aware of: 1) they do not assume responsibility for damage to furniture, walls, etc. and 2) the free financing offer isn't free. There's a  4.99% up front charge, supposedly for handling or some such thing.

Joe at the Massaponax branch of C&R carpet was excellent. He called us to say that our preferred carpet was going off sale and that he would reserve it for us at that price for the installation 2 months later. He did. He accommodated our work schedules, and was very thorough, efficient and pleasant throughout. He and a coworker worked straight through for 9 hours till it was completely completed. It looks excellent. Highly recommended.

Had 2 weeks to get house renovated to put on the market, got C&Rs name from Angies list.  When I first called Mike at C&R he was very friendly, I told him what I needed and how quickly and was told no problem and even got over the phone pricing.  I wanted inexpensive carpet to go in house and thought was going to get contractor grade at price quoted but was actually above and very nice.  Installers showed up on time, worked very quickly and cleaned up.  I would recommend C&R highly.  Last note, compared C&R to Lowes and Homedepot with their $97 whole house install and C&R came out less with higher quality carpet.  Thanks Mike!

Worked with Mike and selected a couple of area rugs and a runner for our home. Mike was wonderful the work with, helpful and very responsive to questions. I would definately go back.

I highly recommend C&R Carpets located directly behind Red Robin Restraunt in Fredericksburg/Massaponax area.  I wanted 
to replace some of my carpet with hardwood but knew nothing about hardwood and wasn't sure exactly what I wanted.  My experience with this company was great from the very beginning.  I wondered around the store and without any pressure whatsoever, I picked out about 8 possible samples.  When I was ready to discuss the different samples, I was assisted by a gentleman named Joe.   Joe explained each piece of wood and pointed out reasons why or why not they were good choices for what I wanted.  I narrowed it down to 4 samples which he allowed me to take home to see how they looked in my environment.  When I made my choice, Joe set up an appointment for the hardwood to be installed.  He sent GREAT workers to my house.  They were punctual, personable, cleaned up every scrap of material when they left and were overall a joy to be around.  The carpet was scheduled for a seperate day and they also did an outstanding job.   Should I have future needs for flooring, I will not hesitate to contact Joe at C&R Carpets.
