He showed up on time and performed the door measurements followed by review of the multiple door model/style options and associated pricing. Prices were competitive with other vendor quotes we had gotten. I was very pleased with the time he spent with us and the detailed level of knowledge that he had. They had a high security door option that was what we wanted. I chose to go with Falcon and they gave me a schedule date/time for the install. The installation team called prior to the scheduled install date to confirm the timeframe and to confirm the make/model of the door, trim and accessories., to make sure everything was what we were expecting. They showed up on time for the installation and it took them no time to remove the old door and get the replacement unit in. They did a great job go minimizing the mess involved and cleaning up what little mess there was. The team was professional and friendly. The lead installer walked through the final inspection with me to make sure everything was good before they left the job site. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience."
