We lost shingles during a wind storm and Charles Owen reached out and was able to give me the whole breakdown of the process for insurance and everything was approved and started within 2 weeks since first contact and everything was finished in one day! No debris or nails were left in the yard which is a huge plus since we have kids that like to run around outside and ride their bikes through the yard! Their communication is outstanding and very prompt. We are so happy with our new roof and it looks amazing!! Hands down the best company!!

STAY AWAY! Using Skyfall Exteriors was an absolute nightmare. Somehow they found out about my insurance claim I filed with USAA. It was to fix a leak in the master bedroom at my rental house. I believe they got my information from a rogue USAA employee. They showed up from 2 hours away with the insurance adjuster and that’s when the nightmare began. Within 5 minutes of talking to their sales guy I got the feeling something was just not right. They were extremely confident they could get as a new roof approved plus a lot of other work. At first they painted a pretty picture of handling everything and communicating with the insurance company to make sure all work was approved. That was just not the case.Skyfall tried to use us as a middle man to negotiate the most overpriced and outrageous roof repair plus interior work (which they don’t even do). They refused to tell us how much anything would cost and one employee actually said “we charge what we can get out of your insurance company”. That’s when we realized how scummy of a company this was. They ended up doing our roof and looked awful. I immediately had another roofing company come inspect it. They told us they used cheap materials. They put a ridge vent on to jack up our cost and we shouldn’t have one because we don’t have ventilated soffits. The worst part was the brand new roof had a massive leak. We didn’t notice it till I was over there while it started raining and water started dripping into our bathroom we have gutted. We told them how skyfall is charging 15,000 and they were shocked. They told us going rate for our roof was 7-8k tops. We called USAA and told them the situation and they said they did not send skyfall to us and they are sorry that their insurance adjuster gave them our info. They also told us that skyfall refused to send in the correct paperwork to get the job finalized and they haven’t approved anything they did. Mean while, skyfall is hounding my son demanding the payment saying they have talked to USAA. Which just was not true. They did the roof in April and USAA did not approve it till august. They called at least 200 times claiming USAA approved it and check should be there any day. Over and over. USAA said to ignore them until further notice. They ended up charging over 15k and they also tried the plywood scam that other reviews are complaining about. For some reason they kept telling us USAA won’t pay for the plywood repair and we owed them something crazy out of pocket. Again, that was just not the case. Also, told us USAA wouldn’t repair the back wall were the leak had destroyed it and gave us an overpriced quote to pay out of pocket. That was another lie. USAA covered that to be fixed as well. This company tries to get their foot in the door on insurance claims and do the bare minimum and charge an insane amount of money. On top of that they do not do good work. If they did they wouldn’t be chasing insurance claims around. Their forms of communication are absurd. They will call You multiple times in a row. They don’t respond to emails and then they email you a week later asking why you haven’t responded to their emails. Nothing but scam type behavior from this company. Huge mistake using this company but I blame USAA for leaking our information to them. So, if you file an insurance claim and for some weird reason skyfall exterior shows up do not be fooled. Use your own company and do not fall for their antics.

They did such a good job on my main home, I had them do some work on one of my investment properties. They did a fantastic job and they really worked with my insurance company who was being resistant. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.
