Implementation from start to finish was seamless. Scheduled a rep to come out for the initial consultation and taking measurements. He showed up on time and performed the door measurements followed by review of the multiple door model/style options and associated pricing. Prices were competitive with other vendor quotes we had gotten. I was very pleased with the time he spent with us and the detailed level of knowledge that he had. They had a high security door option that was what we wanted. I chose to go with Falcon and they gave me a schedule date/time for the install. The installation team called prior to the scheduled install date to confirm the timeframe and to confirm the make/model of the door, trim and accessories., to make sure everything was what we were expecting. They showed up on time for the installation and it took them no time to remove the old door and get the replacement unit in. They did a great job go minimizing the mess involved and cleaning up what little mess there was. The team was professional and friendly. The lead installer walked through the final inspection with me to make sure everything was good before they left the job site. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

Great!!! The whole process from quote to measure to install was quick and easy. The crew was on site early the day of install, we’re professional and very clean with their work. The project took about half a day and I’ve loved it since. I appreciate the follow up and check in I received during the install.

We hired Falcon Homes to replace our roof and gutters. It was something that we put off for two years until we came across the right contractor and price. They installed our roof in one day, noticed that our that our attic fan was not working properly mid-job and offered to replace it that same day. The crew returned for two hours the following day to finish up the gutters as promised- which was ideal working around two small children and their schedules during the quarantined summer. Absolutely no nails and debris were left behind either day. Falcon Homes will be our go-to for window replacement in the near future. You will not find a contractor with a better price, product quality or punctuality.

My family hired Falcon Homes to install new windows in our 1950 brick colonial Arlington single family house. The windows were original and never replaced and in poor condition. Falcon Homes replaced all 20 windows in less than half a day and did a fantastic job with minimum disruption to our family (4 yr old & 9 mos). The crew was very respectful of minimizing the time inside our house and kept a very clean job site the entire day. We've had zero problems post installation and our new windows have made a significant impact to our home's curb appeal. The windows that Falcon offers are high quality at an affordable price. This was one of the easiest and hassle free experiences I have had with a contractor. The guys showed up when they said they would. They worked all day without a lunch break and replaced fourteen large custom windows. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful the entire time. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to friends and family. Stellar experience in my book.
