Home Genius is amazing..extremely professional. Originally called for an estimate for roof replacement. After initial meeting with Chris, we knew it wasn’t necessary to have more estimates. The crew showed up on time, worked all day into the early evening to finish the job. The new roof looks amazing! They even swept the entire perimeter of the house (between brushes)with a magnetic rod picking up all nails. Absolutely would highly recommend Home Genius to family and friends!

Home Genius Exteriors came to do a roof on my home. They arrived on time and got right to work! The crew worked to tear off the roof to the plywood to diagnose my home only to find that the plywood was in great condition. After the job was done, the crew cleaned up very well and took their time to find any remaining trash or nails. The project manager Angel Martinez, was available throughout the day to answer and any all questions I had regarding my roof, and also followed up throughout the day with updates! Home Genius Exteriors came to give me a quote on windows and siding. I was impressed with the amount of knowledge that the sales rep had in regards to the projects I was inquiring about. I was amazed at how quickly all of the projects were completed after the fact I had signed my contract. The cleanliness of all the crews involved was outstanding and meticulous and they left my home as if they never came by! The project manager Tony, who was in charge of my siding was very professional kept in close contact with me throughout the entire project and was very kind. As for Angel Martinez who was in charge of my window project he was kind, was able to answer any questions and concerns I had about the process, and even had the crew install a window film on my windows to add an opacity to my windows. (PM) provided quick and easy updates on crews arrival and progress being completed while on site. He answered all of my questions with detail to help me understand the process. Install Crew was fast, professional, and paid attention to the littlest detail while working. They were nice enough to even re-install lights, cameras and anything else we had on the only siding. I’ll definitely call them again for other projects we have in mind.

I'm totally amazed with Home Genius they finished Our roof in just a short 11 hours, Leo the site manager saved our obsolete solar panels that a friend is going to ship to Belize.
