Last September, our very picky tenants complained the downstairs toilet was overflowing. Guy discovered the sewer line was full of non-flushable baby wipes. He recommended a high pressure toilet replacement to avoid future problems, as the bathroom is on a slab foundation. "Everyone was professional, prompt and couteous. However, the inspector didn't have a ladder when he arrived. Apparentlyl I was suposed to tell them they needed to bring a ladder. He offered to come back with a ladder, but upon further questioning, it turns out that unless your attic is finished or has walking boards installed, they can't go up there at all. They just shine the light around and look for signs."
